Is he actually a "minority"? If so, we should hire as many of those as possible. The way our coaching staff and FO gets cherry picked each year, we could literally draft everyone good with end of the 3rd round compensatory picks every year.Future 3rd round picks!
Well Snead came from ATL and that has worked well so far. He probably knows him.Sure hope he doesn't bring any Titan or Falcon stank with him. Both of those organizations haven't drafted worth a darn for years now.....
But as always, in Snead we trust!!

Almost like a cheat code if that's the case.
He is a minority but more importantly he looks like a great hire. He was in charge of college and pro scouting when Atlanta were challenging for and blowing Super Bowls
Set them both up watching QBs, OTs and CBs; visiting them on campus; and speaking with teams all through the college campaignAnthony Robinson was on the Falcons staff with Snead. Snead was a pro scout for the Falcons from 1998-2008. Robinson left the Falcons in 2008.
So, I’m sure Snead knows him well.
Like others have said, bring Carthon back too!
man, just goes to show you: an entire organization busts its butt to get a team into a SB, only for the HC to lay an egg in the 2nd half when they clearly had the other team on the ropes. Ouch.He is a minority but more importantly he looks like a great hire. He was in charge of college and pro scouting when Atlanta were challenging for and blowing Super Bowls
Snead was in Atlanta's Personnel office under Dimitroff. Seems they may have been in ATL at the same time so a possible professional connection...I trust Snead with damn near every scouting decision and everything related to that, especially paired with McVay nowadays. Let's see how Robinson does.
Huh?& he did work with Les Snead ? Back then that Front Office was one of the best. I think it was off a Belacheat tree though back in his Cleveland days.
Also sort of funny is DV was traded for & Gruden. Not sure where Belacheat fit in. He did take over for Pete Carrol.
I remember when USC hired him.A friend(s)was a big time SC people. The one was a Niner Fan(Raiders 2 lol) who didn’t like the Hire.
I liked Pete Carrol in NE !! He was The DC if one of The Best Defenses. Yeah - I’ll say it because it was when The Rams were at there worst?? I don’t know ?? What I know is Dion was on that team & Shannaha was the OC before going to Denver..The Bears 80’s were great. Then again there is a Big List.I just can’t EVER take away from ALL The GREAT RAMS DEFENSES !! You go back all 70’s
Then Purple People Eaters,Gang Green,Steel Curtain WOW —
