I think that's bullshit. Life comes hard at people, and we don't know the reasons why a player would feel the need to transfer.
How about politicians keep their fucking fingers out of sports, eh? It took a half century - more, even - for players to get any rights, and now people who are not even remotely involved in the NCAA are pushing them back to that era.
As much as I don't like this kind of action by any president the fact that some people are playing college football for 7 8 or 9 years like is happening now is pretty idiotic.
And here I thought Executive Orders were being overused before. And that’s not being political. I think they’re overused by all Presidents over the past couple decades.
