I concur did read a tweet from Jourdan with the thought that Jackson has the ability to play either side, so you might be right on point with that with Jackson at LG & Aboushi at RG where he has played in the past.

The Rams have gotten some of their best OL play this year from UDFA tackle Alaric Jackson, currently playing RG, and Jackson can play on either side, interior or exterior, which means *if* they want to try Oday Aboushi this week on the inside, they have some flexibility in where.

I don't think she's just randomly throwing that stuff out... but.. we'll see.

Aboushi has far more starting & playing time at RG than he does at LG, Jackson has 3 games total of OG play and he's our chief back-up as LT, ... I personally believe moving Jackson to LG and getting Aboushi going at his best position (RG) serves us best, that's why I posted this line-up days ago.
Skura has experience at all 3 interior OL positions, and although most of his NFL snaps have been at Center, his most recent season with the Giants had him starting at LG.

Moving away from Kolone however.
That is probably a good move. Kolone was forced into a situation that is less than ideal and his performance varied from not too bad to bad.....but, he is a young player getting his first taste of real NFL action.
Getting the vet in there makes sense, for adjusting protections more than anything.
I would like to see Aboushi get a chance at that LG job as well.

When you see who is starting beside him....Evans and new OT now RG Jackson wow its rough.

Far from being Ideal at this time. High Stress forsure!

I really hope Skura works-out nicely because I am first, and foremost, a Rams' fan.

However, Sullivan was signed in the off-season, and was the projected starter heading into Training Camp.

Skura and, for that matter, Aboushi went into this regular season as unsigned veteran free agents at a position (O-Line) where there is far from an excess-of-talent in the NFL. The fact that Aboushi was coming-off a knee injury, should be mentioned.
