I dislike the Seahawks, but I never want a player to get hurt. The thing about it is though, he has a right to be upset that he wasn't given a new contract, but it wasn't the teams obligation to supply him with one either. I find this anger at the organization displaced somewhat. Why not be angry and give the finger to your agent? He worked on the deal that you agreed to and signed.

All those guys on defense new their time was coming. Once the signed Wilson to his second deal, it was a matter of time before the dominoes would start to fall. To some NFL players, I realize it's a status symbol. A sign of respect, if you will. Truth of the matter is, the next contract is going to be bigger than yours, and that guy might not even be a better player.

It is a tough call on the contract. I can see both sides. Hags should have traded him. I can't see them paying him big money while they rebuild.

No way, you are right on the money they have so many needs that they couldn't afford to overpay him.

So close to being traded. Chiefs don't need to get any better.

I think they should go ahead and do the deal anyway.

The thing about it is though, he has a right to be upset that he wasn't given a new contract, but it wasn't the teams obligation to supply him with one either.

He already got one big contract out of them and earned all of the money, 40MIL. They didn't want to pay him so I don't know why he is upset he's going to be a FA. If he's mad because he got hurt and didn't have a new contract that's just the breaks. What if he played lights out and was All-Pro? Then he would get a huge contract in free agency.

Would that make him upset?

He's upset because he didn't get what he wanted and things didn't go his way.

It happens to every human being.

Look I say it in this case write what I mean so if I thought that was the case I would name that person and call it out I don’t make innuendos. I made a general statement and now y’all wanna be but hurt about it. Come on now
It’s not about being butt hurt DX. And personally I don’t recall you trying to make race an issue with members’ posts. It’s that when someone brings race into the equation, it tends to turn threads in a bad direction and generally not one in keeping with the subject of the thread itself. That’s all.

Let me clear something up/ I don’t know any of you guys personally therefore I’m not here to say who don’t like what segment of the population I don’t care about your political reference none of that too me all of are already a part of the select few people I do like cause we’re Rams fans. I thought this was a discussion statements was made by numerous posters statements that are always made when it’s about certain segment of people and their profession. I didn’t get offended and start calling people out, because this isn’t personal so I don’t get why so many of you are taking what I said personally when for 1 I was talking in general and for 2 because it’s a True statement rather it’s how you feel or not.

you lost me in that first sentence, which seems to be five sentences all rolled into one. not sure where one ends and the other starts.

Didn’t know this was English class either. Feel free to add commas, colons, periods, hyphens, exclamation points or whatever else you think it needs. Thanks

The real issue is - how good is Earl Thomas at grammar and punctuation?
