Beware the women with the crazy eyes.

A Texas man facing a 99-year prison sentence has been cleared of all wrongdoing thanks to a selfie. Christopher Precopia, 21, was arrested on the morning of September 21, 2017 and accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s Temple home, attacking her and carving an X into her chest with a box cutter.

The unnamed ex, whom he dated in high school several years earlier, claimed the attack happened the day prior, but Precopia knew he was out of town with his family at the time. After his parents posted $150,000 bail, a selfie that his mother uploaded to Facebook with timestamp and location was the key piece of evidence to solidify his alibi.

‘I had no idea why everything was happening, and I was lost,’ Precopia told KVUE. He faced a charge of burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit other crimes – a felony that carries a 99-year prison term. The ex-girlfriend has not been charged with a crime, but told police that she and Precopia had a troubled relationship when they dated in high school, which she said was the motive for the alleged assault.

These aren't things that should have to be said. FFS, some company needs to stand up and win one of these lawsuits to show people that this is unacceptable. You can't just walk around bring an idiot and bring a lawsuit against a company because they didn't feel the need to put every possible harmful use of their product on the freaking label. What the hell is wrong with people?

When it comes to women some cops get stupid mad. My buddy had a tumultuous affair with a crazy trashy woman that he was in the Army reserves with. They had an argument over him trying to break it off. They shared a room that night. Two of his friends were there for most of the argument. She locked herself in the bathroom and they tried to get him to leave. But, he was yelling at her through the door. They walked out into the hallway. She called the cops from the bathroom and said that he beat her up. The cops showed up and when he opened the door they didn't even look at the woman to see if she was battered. They just asked if he was the one she called about. They roughly shoved him down, cuffed him and grabbed him at each elbow and drug him down the steps, dropping him several times along the way. They did this despite his friends imploring that it wasn't true. He said the next morning it felt like he had been in a bad car accident. She accused him of rape and he was looking at serious jail time. His lawyer said he didn't have any hope of avoiding it unless they got her to agree to drop the charges. He had a lot of people corroborating his story too. She had none. What she did was phony evidence, because they did have sex just before he broke up with her that day and she liked it rough. So she had proof of the rough intercourse. After several months, she did eventually agree to drop the charges on certain conditions. He had to relinquish his weapons collection and take a dishonorable discharge from the Army, which meant forfeiting his pension. This was in the Nashville area.

Years later in another part of Tennessee my buddy hooked up with another crazy trashy woman. He never learns. He loves the drinking and wild sex, plus he's always been attracted to drama. All of his women were volatile. I guess because his mom was always that way. Many people get conditioned to being comfortable with what they grow up with. He did learn one thing though. A year later when he found out she was cheating on him, he broke it off and kicked her out. One afternoon she came into one of his favorite bar and tried to start a fight. He recorded her the whole thing and refused to argue. After a few minutes of futility she went outside and called the police and accused him of attacking her in the bar and slapping her around. The cops showed up and immediately started to get rough with him. He kept telling them that he recorded the whole thing and his friends did too. So, they agreed to take a look at his phone outside. They let him go after watching the video. They didn't have a chance to hurt him too badly because it was daylight in a bar, but he said he could tell it was coming, because they were mad. It's good he recorded the whole incident.

Minnesota checks in for the dumbass competition.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The State Patrol is reminding people not to Netflix and drive after a woman crashed her vehicle while watching the streaming service on her iPad.

Police say numerous calls came in Oct. 26 to report a person crossing over lanes, driving onto the shoulder and driving in and out of the grass on the shoulder on Interstate 94. As troopers approached, the woman ran off the road and crashed into median cables.

The woman admitted she had been watching Netflix on the iPad that was positioned on the passenger seat.

Dumbass to be sure but Dick Peck is a cool name. Of course maybe that's what set him off.

VTG- A custodian at Harwood Union High School was cited on misdemeanor charges Wednesday for allegedly writing “I am going to kill you all” on a mirror in a boys bathroom using liquid soap. Dick Peck, 51, of Moretown was cited for misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and creating a false public alarm, police said in a statement released Wednesday evening.

He is set to appear in Vermont Superior Court in Barre on Thursday. Police were notified of the threat on Tuesday night. According to a press release sent to parents and other community members Wednesday, it was also Peck who “discovered” the message. “It saddens me to report that this evening an arrest has been made by the Vermont State Police of that custodian,” said the statement from Brigid Nease, superintendent of the Harwood Unified Union School District.

That message did not name Peck. Nease said that the administration, together with police, interviewed 60 people during the brief investigation into the threat.

A robot hailed in Russia as the latest in cutting-edge technology has been unmasked – as a man in a suit. The android – known as Boris – had been lauded on the state-owned broadcaster Russia-24 as a technological breakthrough with the ability to walk, talk and dance. But photos later revealed there had been a person inside all along.

Questions over authenticity The revelation came after a number of unconvinced Russian journalists began to question the robot’s authenticity. They are reported to have questioned the android’s lack of external sensors, how it was made so quickly and why the robot had made so many “unnecessary movements” when showing off its dancing skills. They also noticed that a person would have fitted inside the “robot” perfectly.

It all started to fall apart when a photograph was posted on social media in which a person’s neck is clearly visible in a gap in the suit. It then emerged ‘Boris’ was in actual fact a 250,000 rouble (£2,975) costume called Alyosha the Robot, made by a company called Show Robots.

Here's a dumbass of the year candidate:

-

A man in North Carolina allegedly attempted to kidnap a woman, but she led him somewhere he couldn't fight his way out of – a karate studio.

Local media in Charlotte reported that August Williams was arrested after an instructor at Bushiken Karate Charlotte Dojo fended him off when he followed the woman into the school.

Police said Williams tried to force the woman into his car but she made it into the studio, WSOC-TV reported.

Williams was charged with attempted kidnapping, assault and other offenses related to the incident Thursday, WBTV reported. He allegedly had an altercation with police officers who arrived at the scene and was later taken to the hospital for his injuries.

"It's a great thing the people in there were able to help defend her, extremely lucky that it was a karate studio and usually you don't see a suspect act like this," police Capt. –JD Thomas said, per WSOC-TV.

Head instructor Randall Ephraim told CNN that he was cleaning with a few child and adult students still in the dojo when the women came in. Soon after, the man entered, Ephraim told the network.

"I asked how I could assist him and he stated that he was there for the lady. She insisted that she did not know him and tried to kidnap her," Ephraim said.

Williams wouldn't leave at Ephraim's request and soon got physical, the karate teacher told CNN.

"I then went into action defending myself and got him out of the dojo. Once outside he attempted to attack again and was dealt with accordingly," he said

I was thinking about this when the Russians announced their new missile defense system, stating that it would render new missile systems useless.

Guess we should just take their word for it and surrender now.

Florida Man Says the Three Syringes Found in His Rectum Weren't His
By RJ Johnson - @rickerthewriter

A Clearwater, Florida man attempted a bold strategy after deputies discovered syringes in his rectum as he was being booked into the Pinellas County Jail.

He just told deputies they weren't his.

The Pinella County Sheriff's Office said Wesley Dasher Scott, 40, was arrested on Friday on an outstanding warrant stemming from a previous drug arrested in September. When deputies brought Scott to jail they conducted a strip search on the man.

An arrest report says Scott "removed three syringes from his rectum" and handed them to a deputy claiming that "they were not his."

When deputies initially arrested Scott, they warned the Clearwater man he could face additional charges if they discovered any contraband or drug paraphernalia on him after bringing him to jail. Scott acknowledged the officers, saying he knew what would happen, according to the arrest report.

This isn't Scott's first run-in with police. The 40-year-old's arrest history includes multiple drug and battery charges.

In addition to the previous warrant, Scott was also charged with introducing contraband to a county detention facility. He is currently being held in jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
