If they're willing to accept a reasonable pick package and Akers, I'd consider it. But no sending them a first or second.Makes sense if the trading price isn't stiff. Sorry to say, teams will fear our offense with Taylor way more than Akers. We'll see how this all ends.
Totally agree there. I wouldn't go higher than a 3rd. Should be interesting to see what Taylor fetches in a trade regardless.Taylor is a great HB, but I doubt the price tag is feasible.

I change me mind, Akers, a 3rd, and.........a 6thYou bastid! Don't hem me in! ~ @LesSnead
Are they both still virgins? Asking for a friend.
Not gonna get my hopes up. But boy would it be nice to not worry about our RB room for once.ROD be like...
I'd keep Akers too. Just for this year to ensure the run game has the pieces in the backfield. This is also because I figure Indy wouldn't give us very much value for him in the trade discussions so I think he's got more value to us than being used as a trade chip.If they're willing to accept a reasonable pick package and Akers, I'd consider it. I never realized how good looking he is.
Jonathon, how about we give two firsts for you and a slice of ownership of the Rams?" ~ McSneadI change me mind, Akers, a 3rd, and.........a 6th

Without a doubt he'd be RB1. But they would lowball us irt his value and get great value with him plus a third rounder or whatever the going rate ends up being. So I wouldn't want to move him and watch him kick ass behind their line. I'd keep him here and ensure I for once don't have to sweat our backfield.I dunno, their RB room is pretty shallow after Taylor. Akers would be RB1 in that offense for sure
I don't trust Akers to accept the demotion well and don't want him messing with team chemistry.Without a doubt he'd be RB1. Agreed, especially after his behavior last season. Regardless, I cannot see Cam in the Rams plans for the future.I don't trust Akers to accept the demotion well and don't want him messing with team chemistry.
Cam sure acted like a baby in cold bath water last season. Even if he has this magical season that some think is coming, do you think he will be in the Rams future plans??Let's not throw the baby out with the bath water, Cam is primed for a breakout season!

Aww, another snarky remark. Ain't that cute.Yeah this Jonathon Taylor character is acting like a smooth operator right now. The colts must be loving having to deal with this right now.
I would love to hear your inside knowledge of what happened last season. Because in the end the Rams kept Akers and sent Henderson packing. Then Akers was a top 5 rb at the end of the season. Who trended in the right direction?
