Two things:

1) I'm sure some people will look at the details of each suit and possibly think that each of these clients were coached to give similar details to the incident.

2) Offenders who engage in this type of behavior don't deviate from the ritual. The ritual is part of getting off. It would actually be odd that there would be variance in the story (ie, interesting outlier about the oral sex). The fact that the stories of the ritual of sex offending are so similar is really bad news for him. This is what we'd expect to see from an offender.

below is the statement from watson's lawyer.

I want to emphasize at the outset that we and Deshaun recognize that sexual assault and harassment are not only unlawful, but morally wrong. It takes courage for women to come forward to report being mistreated, particularly when they attach their names to a lawsuit. We do not take these allegations lightly.

However, fairness to the accused is equally as important.

Opposing counsel has orchestrated a circus-like atmosphere by using social media to publicize 14 “Jane Doe” lawsuits during the past seven days in a manner calculated to inflame the public and malign Deshaun’s otherwise sterling reputation.

In addition, the tactic of refusing our requests to confidentially provide the names of the plaintiffs so we can fully investigate their claims makes uncovering the truth extremely difficult. Anonymity is often necessary as a shield for victims but opposing counsel has used it as a sword to publicly humiliate Deshaun before the truth-seeking process can even begin.

I believe that any allegation that Deshaun forced a woman to commit a sexual act is completely false. And in the one case in which we have been able to identify a plaintiff, we have strong evidence showing the allegation is false.

In January of this year, a woman attempted to blackmail Deshaun by demanding $30,000 in exchange for her “indefinite silence” about what she stated was a consensual encounter.

It is our belief this woman is the plaintiff in Cause No. 2021-15613. (Please see the declaration by Bryan Burney below.) This calls into question the legitimacy of the other cases as well.

I'll say again that I tend to be a bleeding-heart SJW or whatever you want to call me (and I don't want to go down a political path, just making a point), and my gut is still telling me that this all is untrustworthy. The plaintiffs' lawyer is intentionally trying to litigate this in the media, and the fact that he's filing all these suits anonymously raises real doubts with me. The other big issue I see is that he's been quickly filing these suits as women reportedly come forward. It makes me question whether he's actually taking the time to investigate and verify these cases.

I tend to be sympathetic towards injured plaintiffs and plaintiff's lawyers, but this whole thing smells rotten to me. Buzbee strikes me as sleazy and as having ulterior motives. I'll just end with that I'll need to see the evidence before I believe this.

Prostitution is legal about 30 miles from my house.
Pretty funny if you ask me.
Never been but know a woman who worked out there for awhile.
Strange.
You live in Nevada I take it?
Interesting to meet people like that. A local bar/pub by me had a bartender who was a porn star in her younger days. She had been out of the biz for a while, still looked pretty good though. Was kind of awkward to check her out on google while she’s right across the oak. Lol

Yep.
Northern Nevada.

His lawyer is essentially telling us all that he's guilty by saying "I believe that any allegation that Deshaun forced a woman to commit a sexual act is completely false" - because him touching them with his dick isn't forcing them to do anything sexual when they back away and leave the appointment as many said they did.

He's basically just refuting the forced oral sex claims. Not anything else.

And, there's no possible way that these could all be made up. The timing and all with one lawyer makes a ton of sense: masseuses are probably subject to unwanted things like this - I bet that eventually there was one connection between two of the women - mutual friends or something along those lines. Once one connection is made it'd be easy to start asking around and boom, you have 10, 20 or 50 women who have all experienced this. From there, it's easy to see why the suits would be filed all by the same lawyer and so quickly

Deshaun says, "I have never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect."

Ha.

This statement is patently false. No one on planet earth could live up to such a lofty claim. Just sayin...

Do they go after women who falsely accuse? Just wondering. What does the state, local even federal govt do.

Probably not a fucking thing. But I am curious for those who might know.

And to think Abraham Lincoln once said to his son Robert about becoming a Lawyer: "It's an honorable profession." Seriously I concur on this, the number is high now at 24, but something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

The number of lawsuits is growing, over 24 now.

Jesus, I hope Deshaun was using some protection with as often he seemed to get down with this sort of thing. At that number he needs to just have a matching mask and condom as accessories during pandemic.

His lawyers each morning seeing the latest number.

Anyone find it odd that the lawyer files the complaints 1 day at a time? It went from 1 complaint to 3 with 2 more in the que.
When other victims saw the complaints, they contacted the lawyer. This is how the complaints added up with just the one lawyer.
