And yet neither opinion had either.

I have to say that calling an opinion stupid is kind of poor being that there is neither evidence nor fact to back up that assertion.

I personally don’t think we should assume the worst intentions from a player just because he recently signed an extension. There is no evidence I have seen to indicate AJ is somehow shutting down because he got paid.

AJ has in no way shape or form ever given reason for one to think
he is another Noteboom
Like you said no evidence or fact.

I have also read that Aj was checked before extension
and was checked for clots as well, because of past issues in 22.

I'm pretty sure it's common place for any player getting ready
to sign a new contract, to have a physical.
No NFL team would be that naïve.
I also think it would be beyond difficult for someone.
to create blood clots in their body,

Oh I think I will give myself Blood clots Don't care that it could kill me
I just want to avoid football and count my money.

I also didn't see any tackles drop to us that would do as well as
DJ in their rookie year.
I loved our draft. We drafted positions with strength and depth in a pretty
weak class.
I will take Ferg over any OT at that slot. The TE was from a position of strength and need.

We will address ot as needed even if the feel we need to trade for one.
Our Front Office knows exactly what they're doing.
AND WE DO NOT.

As always trust in McVay and Snead.
Exactly. I think people forget we have one the best front
offices in the league and a top 3 HC who knows how to assemble top notch
Assistant's. Top HC's coach their coaches more than their players.

I also love the fact that for years Shanny was viewed as top coach in west,
Now he plays second fiddle to the master mind, motivator, play designer. play caller
Known as Mr Mcvay.

I'm just gonna take a deep breath and see what transpires. Is AJ going to miss time? If so, how much. Is Humphries terrible? First round pick, two additional contract extensions and a pro bowl berth in 2021. He isn't Orlando Pace or maybe even Alaric Jackson but I don't believe he's a bum either. And don't we have one of the most talented up and coming OL coaches in the NFL? He oughta be able to get more out of DJ.

I'd say 99% of the posters here trust in them.

But if your answer is to not question anything they do, ever, you have a lot of potential free time you're not taking advantage of every time you log into a Rams message board.

I don’t think Stafford has a year left to spend on a rookie T, at least not one that would’ve fallen to us. Using capital to acquire a competent experienced one fits more what we’re doing.

There are fans like that. There are fans who question a lot.
Where it gets hinky is when they don't acknowledge the success (the later) or the mistakes (the former).
We're in the midst of one of, if not, the most successful run in Rams history. It's a lot of fun.
I prefer to just enjoy the run, as nothing is ever perfect and second guessing is never good form.
I'm more apt to question the dumb shit on gameday rather than the overall construction of the roster.

Again there are very few posters here, on RoD, who do not acknowledge the success of the Rams decision makers. Very few. As in I could not think of who they are right now.

And this comes up time to time, inevitably, where someone takes offense at another poster having the gall to question the Rams and draws that parallel. Usually I will then say what I just said, and some will decide I am a dickhead if they have not already done so. And around and around we go.

You see it is far better in my estimation to simply acknowledge the different opinion, make your argument, and move on. Rather than bothering to frame it as hating on so and so or how dare you question the team who knows so much more than you do, etc. Even if your opinion is 180 out from the other person. Throw it out there and own it.

Anyone who wants to carry a grudge from that is welcome to the weight of it.

But see I didn't say, "those who question things don't acknowledge the success or failures". I simply said it gets hinky WHEN they don't.

Is that any different from your "if your answer is to not question anything they do, ever, you have a lot of potential free time you're not taking advantage of every time you log into a Rams message board."

I've been on message boards for a while and there are fans who complain A LOT and acknowledge successes on an extremely limited basis. There are some on EVERY board. Just like there are those who don't question anything and completely trust McVay and Snead. It's all good. I assume everybody is welcome.

Not interested in a prolonged exchange on this. But there is a big difference.

Adding to one's argument that there are fans who exhibit an undesireable behavior, when it is exceedingly rare on this particular site, is like calling your 20 year old cousin to get you out of an after school fight.

Saying that everything the team does is good and positive and will inevitably work out is like saying "why talk about anything we can just all agree with everything they do." And where the fuck is the fun in that.

There's probably been a thousand exchanges here about this shit too. So no reason to belabor it. I simply have a hard time cruising past some shit when I see it laying in the road.

Always?
Like when they extended Noteboom? And then doubled down by re-structuring his deal? And then tripled down by not moving on from him when they could have? He was terrible when he played last year and is still costing 10 mill this. And how about the Jonah Jackson experiment? Logan Bruss? Bobby Evans?
Sure, they are the best in the business and I wouldnt want anyone else, but are they infallible? Heck no... Imagine discussing that on a Discussion board?
Not to mention the most important part, what else is there to talk about right now? Lol

And yet you will prolong it, right?

There is a difference. I wasn't calling out anybody in particular. You were.

I wasn't adding to my argument, I was commenting on yours.

And I'm not trying to prolong anything, but I too have a hard time cruising past shit when I see it.
