With that many openings, going to hear some interesting names as NFL coordinators in 2023, including some retreads I would guess.

Bet Todd Monken will be back in the NFL in 2023.
He gets brought up a lot in places I read. I think we could get half these filled from college.

Kinda surprised that Carberry was let go. His O Line coaching was excellent in our SB run and I actually thought he did a decent job this year in spite of all of the OL injuries.
I hope McVay has a hot name ready to grab the position 'cuz we don't need any apprentices trying to learn on the job. We gotta hit the ground running next year with a smoothly functioning and physical O line.

Someone had to go for the Evans mistake.

I also expect Mike Martz to show-up someplace.

Don't expect him to get hired ... just show-up ... then be asked to leave.

Snaz,
Don't really think that this makes sense. If we want to place blame it seems to me it should go like this:
1) Les Snead for drafting him.
2) Sean McVay for keeping him on the team.
3) Aaron Kromer for not developing him into an NFL player.
To me this clown was already a confirmed loser before he was dumped onto Carberry.
Just my .02

So it was Carberrys fault for the OL woes? Hmmmm, I see a lot of people gone yet we still have the same strength & conditioning coach? I guess, but come on something seems amiss with this…
Is it the same person that worked with Kupp and Akers after their injuries? Their speedy recovery and performance (looking at Kupp) is part of the equation as well. Maybe they need to look at the guy that trained them in Whitworth's garage...

Not talking about Reggie Scott. I like Scott, I am talking about Justin Lovett. The guy we hired after Rath left the team. I mean maybe I am being harsh but I didn’t remember our team falling like flies when we had Rath, and our strength this past season looked underwhelming for obvious reasons of injuries and being manhandled like rag dolls…

I'm okay with all of this. We had much better DB Coaching in the past. I don't blame Carberry for the OL injuries, but we may be able to upgrade. And DeCamilis was a fairly average STs Coach imo.

They had nowhere to go but up with how bad Bonamego was lol.
Yes. That’s still improvement.

Yeah, it's too bad that Ted lost his way at a friend's house walking into the bedroom thinking it was the bathroom and then getting into bed with his friend's wife who was sleeping. BTW of course the wife sleeps in the nude. Rath is now with the Philadelphia Eagles.

I swear this seems like the perfect script for a Lifetime Movie Titled "The Rath of Strength."

Wow, this kind of implies that Lamar Jackson will be playing elsewhere next year
No doubt. If Harbaugh pays Jackson he'd better proceed very carefully in selection of his next OC.

Also and btw would not mind seeing Roman working under McVay. Both would benefit. McVay could learn some run game shit. Roman could learn how to draw up a real pass game.
