What bothers me more is where our blocking scheme where Rob Havenstein is right in front of a 314 pound all-pro DT run free @ his QB :wow2::sur:.

......meanwhile, Hav at the snap instantly went looking for an ILB'er to hit a few seconds later.
We'd have to know who Hav was assigned to take there. I agree that it looks like his fault but what if the call was for Corbs to block 93 and shit happened.

Corbs IMO has played himself out of LA. Rams may have paid him if he was better but he makes too many mistakes to be a core guy. Far better to let him roll out and get us a comp pick.

True no telling Corbett would have blocked Suh most of the day last Sunday. I agree with your thought here on Austin Corbett.

AC's
projected salary would be enormously difficult to match when he hits FA'cy here in less than two months. That market value of 4 yrs @ over $36 mil & a near $9 mil avg yearly salary for a #14 ranked OG is something the Rams will have to pass on.

Rams have some younger OL prospects in Alaric Jackson, Chandler Brewer, Max Pircher, Jeremiah Kolone & Tremayne Anchum plus The Rams even have OT's Bobby Evans & Jamil Demby are still under contract for their 4th seasons. If I had to make a guess I would say it would be Anchrum's or Jackson's when the dust settled.

I don't want to insult Suh too much; he was a Ram at one point, and he played well for us.

That said, I have little sympathy for him on this play. That's football; I've seen more dirty plays on your average fumble pileup than what Stafford did.

I think Stafford did kick him, not intentionally in the balls but to get his legs off of Stafford's legs. A couple of things.

1. Suh is one of he dirtiest players in the NFL (and SF's Greenlaw is another).
2. Suh fell on his legs intentionally....and that's a dirty play.

I'm glad Stafford got his balls however unintentional because Suh's response drew a flag. And in the end he hit him late on the pass to Kupp......that was more than one step but he's home now and the Rams are in the CCG. Fuck Suh.

Don’t care if Rams got 10 lucky calls against TB. Just as long as they contribute to Brady’s retirement. The NFL GOAT for calls going his way.
Since Brady's cheating against the Rams in the Super Bowl started his career, I would sure love to see the Rams end his career as well.

How does this pussy have a job on NFL network or MLB network? The only 'competitive sport' he should be giving a take on is
the hot dog eating competition.
Kelly Stafford had a take:

I love this quote from the article:

"But I want to point out one thing. The best thing to say 'F you' to someone without actually having to say is to throw a dime right in their face at a zero all-out blitz right as he's coming for you. And you throw it right as he hits you and it hits Cooper (Kupp) right in the hands, and your kicker kicks a game-winning field goal. ... Matthew has done very good against an all-out blitz all year, so it was a very interesting call. So he saw it coming and just waited until Suh got as close as he could and just launched it right in his face. ... Sometimes, you gotta shut them up with your play. You don't have to say anything. You don't have to do anything. ... Matthew could care less, but I loved, I loved watching him throw that ball right in Suh's face."

Stafford is Gangsta. Snatch their souls, Matt.

So you are just supposed to stand there and take a hit without protecting yourself? I would kick out when 300 lbs is coming down on me to push him off me. He didn't kick him. He pushed away with his legs.
This minor episode and his post game comment about taking their souls make me think even more highly of Stafford.

He's a feisty fucker. I like it.

Ok, ok, ok. I think Stafford jammed his leg with force into Suh's ball sack as they rolled over. Here's a pic of it:

I think it was intentional too. Seems like Stafford shoved him in his nuts, but using his leg, but like a shove with pressure. Stafford is guilty!

Having said that. What's the big deal? When I've fought in karate tournaments the nuts are an open target. Full force as hard as you wanna kick. Are football players these days just a bunch of soft pussies? I think they are in some ways.

Stafford knew exactly what Suh was doing, and knew exactly what he did back.

Staff - 1
Suh - 0

As far as Kelly - like her, and at 73, I’ll leave it to the millennial fans to decide if she’s cool, or should stfu.

Personally, agree totally with her reaction.

Like totally!:laugh4:

Went back and saw some of Suh's old cheap shot youtube videos. Man, that kick on Fitz was so criminal. Looked like a jailable offense there. Seriously I'm surprised he's still in the league.

When he came to the Rams he was on his best behavior (compared to before) but when he left and became a Buc I said screw him.
