Yeah Whit just has the right leadership perspective man. When George Marshall rebuilt the US general and admiralty prior to WWII he identified relentlessly positive mindset as one of his prerequisites and tbh you see the same type of thing with the best leaders in sports. That element can't be underestimated and Whit has it. You don't have tough wins where you outlast your opponent without that stuff.
Also while nobody in the media seems impressed by that win getting that done after being down all day must have been enormously gratifying for the team. Peter King mentioned the celebrating that was going on heard through the locker room doors. That's the kind of win that can stack confidence and belief IMO.
Now can you imagine what a big win over the whiners could do on top of that? Might send this group on a serious run if they get that done.
