I want you to go back & look at my post history after that 1st game. October 4th, to be exact. There was no gloating whatsoever. I even said I was surprised myself. Don’t try to stir up something out of nothing. I would hope you are better than that.
You got a hell of a team there. No telling who's gonna emerge from the NFC, there's multiple teams that could be the last team standing. Hope we get to face off again in the playoffs but either way cheers man.
So after the game last night I had to run out to the store real quick (the boy needs milk) and decided I'd check out the lamentations of the Cards fans at AZ sports radio and drink up some tears. I was not disappointed.
First guy I hear is lamenting that the national media is now going to be back on the "Cards aren't as good as we thought," narrative.
Marcus did not disappoint. Our good friend Colin at FS1 echoed similar thoughts this morning also and knocked the Cards down to #6 from #2 in his top 10. Rams jump from #9 to #3 while GB falls out of first and gets leap-frogged by the Bucs. Not available yet to post, FWIW.
But Dan Handjob has the Bucs and Tards ahead of the Rams in power rankings.

I hope this is the stepping stone for Long to start being that guy we thought he'd be. I remember the scouting report out of college mentioning how he sticks to receivers like glue.
