I was a little surprised in cooks drops today. He had two balls hit him in the hands and he dropped them. One of them would have been a long range td. I never see him drop those.

.
He had some great catches too. Like the sideline hands under the ball late in the game...

I'll bet that'll be a record for interior defensive linemen. Strahan has the record at 23 sacks I believe but he played defensive end where it is easier to get sacks.
We could very well be witnessing an epic one for the ages season by Mr. Donald.

Go Rams!!

I think next season he will smash the record he sets this season. Holding out cost him 4-6 sacks.

Yeah, the refs weren't calling holding on DBs today. We benefited too at times, but the Packers were using it more to their advantage.
I'm thinking the Rams have it tough this year...When was the last time we had a bye in week 12? It's a long time until Week 12, so maybe Brian Allen should be getting ready to fill in for Sullivan a bit....Brown should be ready and so should Noteboom.

I was thinking of starting a Vent Thread, for old times sake....

What makes this win impressive is that we win despite the Packers being healthy 100% coming out of the bye week while we were continously grinding on the road with key injuries from Kupp and Talib

But the late bye will be refreshing just before the playoff run.

gotta say,,,my Dickerson throwback jersey getting a wee bit ripe after wearing it for 8 weeks now without washing it

* crosses fingers hoping I didnt just jinx the team

Yeah, he had a couple of contested catches he could have made. But I'll forgive it. He's been so good on those all year. They were tough grabs. Plus, Alexander was mugging the hell out of him.

Might be worth moving Blythe to Center and putting Brown or Noteboom at RG if Sully keeps struggling. But this might have just been a bad matchup. Kenny Clark is one of the NFL's best NTs.

The rams needed a game like this. Tough start and had to fight all the way. Special teams come through at the end and Gurley ices the game.

8 and 0 and loving it.

I know coaches always do a self evaluation of their team, for tendencies, etc. This will be a great game to look at, specifically the offense, because teams will try to do the same thing GB did defensively today. I would bet to see NO try and play the same scheme next week. Happy for the win! 8-0 sounds great, but there is a long ways to go. The next 3 weeks will be a true test of this team's mettle.
