I have listened to that 10 times and I still don't understand what he said. Any help?
It was a play on a comment from DeMarcus Lawrence earlier in the week, which was something about Lawerence says he works every week in order to take a quarterback's soul. Talib shouted to Goff, " He Ain't Taking No Fucking Soul".

Yeah but now they’ll be double checking themselves.
Are you suggesting that the other teams have never heard of a tell and up to this point considered it impossible that they might have one? I think teams already know that's a thing. I want to say the year the broncos win the super bowl their coach said he basically had a full time staff member looking for tells on next week's opponent all season. It's been a thing for a while.

I get it. Just not sure why you broadcast the information and not keep it close to the vest.

I was actually pretty shocked that the players would let this cat out of the bag. I would imagine McVay may have something to talk to them about. Don't think he likes making anyone outside the team aware of any strategic advantages the Rams may have, even if it's a one off from a game we won.

Yeah, exactly. This is the kind of tip you reveal years later. Like that 1978 playoff where the Oilers reportedly (SI story) stole the Chargers signals. 30 years later it was truthfully admited that the Chargers were tipping the defense. Though it didn't actually help the Oilers any more after that, I still don't like giving away our tricks if we don't need to. Sure the NFL knows this happens and many teams scout tendencies etc, I like keeping it under the table that young McVay knows this too, just for any advantages. It's not a panic situation, but I'd just rather wait at the very earliest to reveal it after the SB win.

I'm guessing you're military? (Or 7 and a half years old. You seem very mature for 7.)

Former military (retired out of the national guard) but the various licenses I hold for my current job require drug testing. When I was still in the guard I was in 4 different random drug screening pools. Now it's just 3. If I live long enough I'll retire from my civilian job in 10 years.

Cool. I'm almost out of the Reserves (Thursday!) after several years active duty. My current job does absolutely no drug testing at all, but I have never been one to partake. Almost makes me sad.

Happy Retirement! I also did some active duty time. 4.5 years. It was good times, but I won't lie and say that a big weight wasn't lifted off my shoulders.

Oh I didn't retire. I couldn't stand that stuff any longer. I left with 10 total years, 7.5 active.

Oh I hear ya. I hit year 14 and I was DONE. Couldn't take it anymore. My wife says "you've only got 6 years more, find something you like and do it." I changed to a non-combat job. A year after getting schooled in the new job I got deployed to Kuwait. Thanks Wife! It actually wasn't that bad and the only people to die were in traffic accidents not combat.
