The wife who's my good luck charm too me to get a pedicure on Saturday. It was my third time.

If you've never gotten one, get one. Guys aren't used to pampering and I was surprised at how good they feel. Plus, I never do anything for myself.

Anyway, the wife says to me that I should get color this time (both other times I had clear polish) and wouldn't it be cool if it were Rams colors.

So yeah... got the toenails done in Rams blue. I almost never leave my house, so it really isn't that big a deal, but when my good luck charm offered me some luck, I took it.

You're welcome!

Also... Matthew Stafford is a freaking CHAD out there... reminds me of 1999 so much.

McVay has the culture cemented here and the more there are guys out there that sing his praises, the easier it will be to lure top shelf vets. I don't think we'll always be this top heavy, but I also don't think the Rams will shy away from being as aggressive as they've been.

I just want to celebrate every moment of this season as it's already started out very special for a win like this, in this fashion, against this team? Yeah, this is a very special start indeed.

I give Brady credit for recognizing that another team was on the field trying to stop them. He specifically articulated not just that the Rams D showed up, but how the Rams D made things difficult.

This... as opposed to Bruce Arians who never even mentioned the Rams.

I guess I'm just spoiled now with the mindfulness of McVay.

But yeah, Tom knew that we beat them pretty good and it could have been way worse had Stafford and Co started out on fire instead of waiting until the 3rd series to shake off the nerves or whatever.

Those power rankings gonna be interesting come Tuesday...

AShawn is getting better every game.. Gaines too…

Gaines & A’Shawn have done real work to replace Fox & Brockers.

Lewis is giving enough to be useful.. and I just loved the hit he put on Gronk.
Lewis flashed on three plays that I saw. Crushing Gronk, forcing an incompletion on 4th down by making Brady throw over him, and nearly steamrolling Brady on the next series.

If Lewis can stay on the field there will be more to come.

I thought he flashed today too. We really need him to stay healthy and make an impact in the pass rush. Especially now that Hollins is hurt. Did anyone see Obo today? Did he get any snaps?

What an awesome win! Honestly... the W never seemed in doubt once we were on the board. Like I mentioned in the SoFi thread, the home field advantage is real! Thanks to the designers of SoFi for that! I say that because we have seen some epic homefield crowds the 4 years in the Coliseum. Difference isn't more fans or mre fired up fans...... it's the design of the building(s) that is the difference. That being said, it bodes well for our future home field advantage.

Congrats on a great game! My Bucs were completely outclassed. Looks like you got the real deal with Stafford. Maybe we will see you guys in the playoffs again. I dunno. My Bucs need a lot of work. Our defense was definitely exposed.

The Rams are the top team in the nation today, especially with the Cheifs being 1-2 (imagine that!)
Good luck the rest of the season, and hopefully, we meet again!

My two questions coming into this game were Desean Jackson and would the Defensive take a different approach.
Answered and answered.
Great, great team win with zero complaints from me.
OL....fantastic performance versus one of the best fronts in the NFL.
The Rams have too much in the passing game for teams to deal with if they don’t get pressure.
Michel was very, very good picking up blitzes yesterday.
Great statement win.

It’s my opinion that this O is still gelling together. They have not yet hit their ceiling.

Furthermore, we don’t quite know how high their ceiling now is on O with this McVay/Stafford synergy occurring right before our eyes. I mean, it seems that each player on both O and on D are playing inspired football and feeding off of each other. It’s no longer just AD, Ramsey, Kupp, Whitworth and a few others.

We’re seeing flash after flash from RB’s, Stafford, Jefferson, DJ, Higbee, Floyd, Hollins, Joseph-Day, Young, Reeder, Gay, and so many others.

Heck, even ST looked decent this week.

I’m seeing a TEAM of 53 talented and motivated players playing as one smart unit. (Only ONE penalty).

Yeah, I could nitpick the ‘soft zone’ Morris prefers, but the bottom line speaks for itself. They pretty much abused a very talented and well coached defending SB champion today both offensively and defensively. Color me beyond impressed.

Like everyone else, I had expected a 60 minute cliffhanger that came down to the wire and the winner would benefit from a call, a penalty, or a lucky bounce. But these Rams beat on those Bucs like a rented mule all afternoon leaving no doubt who was the better team today.

And, honestly, I think this Ram team is just getting warmed up. By November they will probably have ironed out the kinks and REALLY be having fun.

We sit behind the o-line bench close to the field and I can tell you this, they are one cohesive unit even off the field.

I like sitting behind the bench to see that action also. It is a show in itself. Amazing amount of effort goes on the entire game.

The huge concern this offseason was our o-line and the draft. I personally trust this teams management but also got wrapped into the concern. We can all see now why there was not a need for getting our collective panties in a bundle. This o-line has got it GOING!!!

Oh.....and we made it onto the Infinity Screen! It was a flash before I saw it and no pictures so it is all bullshit. Our awesome seat mates made it happen but it was focused on me and the wife.

If you get a chance, go. I have been to all the Ram stadiums and nothing has ever been close to the energy, sound levels and style of this one. Our team loyalty has been greatly rewarded.

GO RAMS!!!
