If this was a different week season ticket holders, way, WAY too many of whom are brokerage companies, would have sold tickets to opposing fans who can afford to fly in and put up the $$$ to go to a fucking NFL game.
"Real" fans are being priced out. And empty seats keep happening.
Factor in that AZ is a warm weather city, like LA, with a team out of the running, like LA, and it's predictable that empty seats would be the majority. Why would those affluent fans bother to buy tickets over face value times 2-3 and then show up even though it's an easy drive and overnight trip/flight.
Had this weekends opponent been the Packers vying for playoff seeding and a bye week and home game it would have looked like a road game.
I've been to Tampa and have seen this shit in person with members of this board.
The NFL needs to figure this out or stadiums are going to get emptier.
