That's why I question if Goff is free to audible into better plays. From what I see the answer is no. At Washington though McVay was under the HC...he had to run what the HC wanted.which is funny because McVay loved TEs in Washington. Having that realization to end this season should hopefully let him open up this offense more to begin next season.
