Monday night shows that they need Havenstein even if he just backs up McClendon and then McCkendon backs up Jackson if he goes down.
Hopefully, if Stafford plays, he gets two good drives, puts 10 or 14 on the board, then they go to Jimmy to finish it out. Especially if they are already stuck as the 6th seed because SF wins.

Feels like a week we should sit Corum, too. We need him healthy for the playoffs. Huge part of this offense 1-2 Williams / Corum punch.
FWIW, the extended forecast in Philly for next weekend just changed. Now showing temps in the high 40's. Prior they were showing high temps on the low 30's. Thats a big change. Hopefully, that holds for whoever Philly plays.
Hate to say it, I will root for SF to beat them if they play Philly. Actually, that would help us if we beat the 4 in that scenario anyway.

If SF wins there is no point playing any key starters. Get them all rested and ready for Philly or Chicago.
It will be interesting to see what McVay does if the whiners win. My sense is the starters are going to play. I think McVay wants a strong showing to try and get momentum back for the first week of the playoffs. That mini bye because of the Thursday night game probably has him taking a more aggressive approach for the last game.

Rest all key players, as well as all starters that are already banged up and need the rest. I think that's more important than seeding. We can't avoid hard draws forever. And home field advantage is gone. We're going to have to beat a Philly or a Chicago or a Seattle on the road in winter weather at some point. Might as well make sure we're at max health when that contest arrives.
