That's key. Surely it's an incentive laden deal for 2022, based on how many games he's available to play. Then maybe 2023 and 2024 with an injury clause. Makes sense. If there is a write off for most of 2022, that's fine. Don't know how much guaranteed money he'd get but I can't see any team giving him huge jack for 2022 or any kind of significant guaranteed cash.
