Yes, top NFL Offensive Coordinators were reportedly hesitant or refused to work for Jeff Fisher, especially during his later years with the Rams, because they feared being tied to his famously conservative, outdated offense and losing their jobs quickly when it inevitably failed to produce, leading Fisher to promote internal, less-experienced coaches like Rob Boras and Frank Cignetti instead of hiring sought-after external talent.
Rob Boras, there's a name from a past I don't want to recall... Yikes!

BTW, Frank Cignetti is Curt Cignetti's brother. I assume most of us know that.

I don't blame OC's for not wanting to be part of a Fisher led team. Fisher only valued running backs and receivers who could block. I'm surprised he let Snead make the trade for Goff. Unless Stan quietly backed Snead on it.

The Eagles wanted Daboll, McDaniel, Zac Robinson and others. I gotta believe they're gonna get somebody decent but the big names seems to be "no thanks". Because of the Hurts rumors? Because Siriani is an asshole? Because they don't want to get thrown under the bus by Siriani in year 2, should things not pan out with Hurts and without AJ Brown? We're talking about a team who won the Superbowl in 2024!!!! I gotta admit, I love seeing Philly getting this treatment.
