Maybe. But, I'll just say that 10+ teams interest in a good experienced coach in the wake of all the turnover over the years isn't much of a surprise to me. The potential talent pool at the position seems a bit questionable.

Besides when that divorce happened it was clear that they were nearing the end of the road with Brady and Belichick. There were many rifts between Kraft and Belichick, so there was much instability there.

Flores can run a defense man. He's probably been the best coach in Minnesota since he got there. Question is can he run a whole staff and install the culture. I'd certainly give him a second chance if I were an owner, as long as he can sell me on his OC choice.
The raiders could be a good job. They have good young back, a star at TE, and they get the #1 pick to land a QB. Picking 1rst or 2nd in the following rounds? You need an OL for your young stars on offense.
Yes, those two western divisions are very competitive right now, but I don’t necessarily think the raiders or zona are THAT far off.
I disagree, the offensive line is a mess in Las Vegas and the defense has one player, that's it. Granted they will have their choice at QB, but will they hire a HC that can develop him? Mark Davis cannot spell cat if you spotted him the C and the A. So IMO, they will continue to be the bottom feeder of the AFC West.
