I think Saleh's a good leader but this hire wouldn't make sense to me. Guy like him would require a top talent evaluator in the GM chair, as obviously he couldn't put the franchise on his back Vermiel-style given his performance in NY.
But the Jags have a shit GM. So I don't think that one will end well.
