Give me one each of Cordarrelle Paterson, Za’Darius Smith, and Stephon Gilmore. Is that really too much to ask?

I thought the honey badger was a safety, but several places now, I have seen him listed as a cornerback.

I'll go the budget route. All of my more inexpensive free agent TE's are now gone, so I'll take :

1) DE - Morgan Fox
2) Edge - Arden Key
3) CB - Rosul Douglas

Bobby Wagner at ILB only if he comes with a very team friendly contract.

The draft will bring us an OG, TE, RB, Edge, S & CB.

I still hope for OBj to be re-signed to a very reasonable 1 year incentive laden contract ... and see an outside chance that either Woods or Van Jefferson is traded.
I haven't entirely given up on the idea of Danielle Hunter either, but probably a long-shot.
jmo.

I would go for Gilmore or worst case scenario Patrick Peterson.

Then I nab Houston or Ingram for some edge pressure.

I can’t believe that I’m saying this but the best option for the Rams at this point looks like Clowney. I’m not a fan of the guy at all but he played well for the Browns last year. He plays the run well and offers decent pass rush.

I was leaning towards Jerry Hughes but he isn’t the run defender that Clownboy is.

With all those RB's looking for work, I wonder if there's still a shot at bringing back Sony? Seems like best case scenario for those guys at this point is in hoping for an injury to some team's starter
The 6 mill per that Connor got is too rich for the blood, but if we're talking something in the range of 2-3 mill base with incentives?

I expect that they will or have offered Sony to play the Malcolm Brown role.

What I don’t expect is for the Rams to have a very good running game.

If Higbee stays healthy and/or they pick up a TE who can block, I dont see why you would expect the run game to suffer? If we are rolling out Hopkins/Blanton and no Higs, Stafford may lead the team in rushing lol

My reasoning is that any team with capable players can blow up the Rams zone running scheme, because they don’t have a good run blocking Oline aside from Havenstein now. Shelton may help on the right.

I css as nt bank on a rookie Tight end either.

Noteboom and Shelton are likely downgrades in the running game from their predecessors.

Actually Shelton is a better run blocker than a pass blocker. Corbett was decent at both but I thought he wore down late in the season and wasn’t as effective.

Thinking we’re running on fumes cap wise would like to see Arden Key, Bryce Callahan, and maybe Wagner if they’ll fit. 1 ur deals for Key and Wagner and 2 for Callahan.

Gilmore would be a massive upgrade for us. So would Gronk. There's some good pieces out there still hope the Rams fill another hole at least before the draft.

Yeah I'm with you in hoping we can reel in at least one more impactful FA. Gilmore would make me have the same reaction as someone taking too much Viagra. I'd have to call out sick from work just to avoid that awkwardness hahaha

Anyone know much about Derek Barnett? Seems like he could be an interesting option if nothing else pans out.

The choices are drying up. Have to think the Rams have a few things up there sleeve.
