I'm personally hoping for Torrence and Branch tonight. We all know we need to beef up our oline, and I think Ramsey being gone will leave a big hole in our D. I feel Branch could work in Morris's star position.

Why are you yelling (blue font).
I got lazy with cut and paste of the names......ooops! LOL

Those are my top 2 and Branch has some distance between him and Torrence but both are fine.
I have been on Branch's wagon awhile but S as some have pointed out aren't as valued as they once were. It's a get to the QB or defends the receiver league. S and LB are not valued as highly. Branch has great instincts is a sure tackler and has enough speed and mobility to get there.

All of us want OL & DL, however, will the Rams go in that direction?
If you want OL and we aren't going QB in rd 2 then we would be best to trade down to lower 2nd and grab a couple 3rds where you can get decent OL. Not worth taking in high 2nd for one guy.

Being able to successfully run the ball isnt a luxury, its a necessity
A tight end won't make a poor running team into a good one. Might make a marginal difference, but if you want to improve your running game, you need to start investing premium choices in the offensive line. Like contenders typically do. And like McSnead generally do not, unfortunately.

What?
Of course it does. An inline TE who blocks like an OT in 12 formation absolutely improves the run game.
Maybe you were supposed to use blue font?

The more I think about it, the more I think we go TE with pick 36.

I think someone trades for the top pick tonight for a QB. Maybe even two teams trade up in the top few picks for both of these QBs. Hopefully it’s not the first four picks because I want the Rams to be the ones trading down and getting a big return. More round 3-5 picks the better. More chances at building to roster with some quality starters down the road.

But if we stay at 36, regardless of who we pick, Les absolutely needs to nail that pick and get a stud starter. Pressure is definitely on.

Id they go QB at 36, that would really tell you that the 2023 season is going to be a major rebuilding (downer) year.

What's the color font to use for a straw man?
I guess you need a dictionary? Straw man? Lol
If you truly dont understand how a TE like Washington instantly improves the run game, then I dont know what to say .
