Levis has plenty of talent, and I'll trust in McVay if he makes the pick. But his film was painful to watch at times. One-speed thrower (no touch) who often was late to see it and didn't have good instincts in the pocket. Rifle for an arm, huge guy, and a good athlete. But the feel/instincts weren't impressive imo.
I like him a lot, but I'm not sure he fits our scheme at safety. As a slot CB, he might. But I wouldn't take a slot CB at #36.
Lions could take a QB.
Richardson is also 20 years old (nearly 21), a better physical talent, and has a lot less experience, while Levis is 23 years old (nearly 24). And Richardson has shown better instincts, despite his flaws. It's understandable teams would feel more confident in his ability to grow.
