This thread should have a marijuana warning. Came in here stoned and think I just melted some synapses man.
We are most likely playing Seattle again in 2.5 weeks in the Wild Card round. If we win this week the game would be in LA. I kinda don't wanna give away the farm (Scheme/plays) and won’t be super mad if we lost this weekends game to them as long as we beat them in a couple weeks
I think the Rams could possibly throw the Seattle game on purpose.
HealthWhat do the Rams stand to gain by doing this. There is no assurance they would face Seattle in the playoffs again.
Health

Agreed!Losing doesn't guarantee health. Only sitting out the game and forfeiting would do that.
I think it is something like 4/5 scenarios have the Rams facing Seattle again if they make it there
If the Rams finish 3rd, 5th, 6th or 7th seed then that is four different teams they could face in round 1.
I suppose Seattle could still finish in 6th, 3rd or 2nd and would face the Rams in 3 of those 4 scenariosIf the Rams finish 3rd, 5th, 6th or 7th seed then that is four different teams they could face in round 1.
Packers lose to Tennessee and Chicago
Unlikely set of combinations, but yeah. This one the most unlikely part of it.
Now that AZ lost , what does the playoff picture look like?
I just want to get in. Those were my (big picture)expectations going into the season. Missing out would be a failure IMO.If the following occurs:
Rams win out - I think on some level were sort of expecting this with McVay being 12-2 against Seattle and AZ
Saints lose to Panthers next week in Carolina - they only beat them 27-24 earlier this year, crazier things have happened
Packers lose to Tennessee and Chicago - Titans can beat anyone and Bears have been hot
We would get the number one seed. Not likely but possible.
