I'm pretty sure that the second tweet had to be either heavily proof-read or written by an agent or someone else. I highly doubt that Brown has the knowledge and/or willingness to use proper grammar.

In his first tweet, he failed to mention that there's a sexual assault case against him, along with several other lawsuits. That's why the NFL will likely suspend him. The meltdowns are just a bonus.
