I moved to STL in the 90's after living in KC and following the Chiefs. This was before the Rams arrived. I stopped really following them because there was just no news coverage here. It was just not easy to keep up. The Chiefs weren't a sports topic here at all. St Louis is not Chiefs country even sans the Rams.

I will say this though...Planting roots somewhere for a long time does wonders for a fanbase. Look at MLB Cardinal nation for an example of what that does.

I get the Idaho Packers thing, meat and potatoes and all. But the Redskins in Nebraska? ( GO BIG REDskins?) the Browns in Oklahoma?, the Steelers in Arkansas? the Colts in Nevada? And the Rams in Alaska?????????
