Listen closely and he doesn't list numbers, facts, figures, or anything to make you feel he actually has any knowledge of the negotiations between Donald and the Rams. He says the needle hasn't moved, but he doesn't say where that needle is at. So how does he know that the needle hasn't moved? In other words he's CLUELESS!
