That is absolutely cut for a defensive tackle! Donald is going to be a monster this year. Hopefully cutting some fat will help him in the 4th quarters. If Quinn can get back to his old self this is going to be a nasty D-line.

Freak!! I KNEW IT. I knew Hollywood was going to ruin Aaron. Now we're freaked! Is Michael Sam still out there?

I like the way a lot of our players have taken their jobs very seriously and willing to sacrifice to make themselves the best that they can be. Donald is another in a long line of quality players who knows what it takes to be the best. He gets it.

SJ39 was below 10% body fat and remember how many games he sat out because of bone bruises etc

He's gonna get 15 sacks this year. DPOY

It's hard to predict, because one of his goals was to be more of a team player & not take risk that hurt the defense.
-- the one thing last what I saw was how much faster he has got after the last 2 years. He close like crazy.

I wouldn't go under 10. You start dipping below that and that enters unhealthy range. Gotta have heathy fat levels.

I believe it was JJ Watt that figured that one out a few years ago.

Yeah and now instead of eating just 18 plain chicken breasts a day, he puts bacon on three of them.

It's amazing how many calories needs to be consumed to maintain such large body mass. Watts eats 9000 calories a day and most of it is chicken.

I know.

But... Just don't mess with a good thing.

I admire the hard work. He's on a HOF trajectory. Just be careful, Donald.
Careful with what? Being in great shape? All the great players kept themselves in great shape. It's the price they pay to be a HOF type of player. He will be fine.

Shit that's a lot of chicken!
