Also last thing…

All things pointed to us having to travel to Green Bay with virtually no rams fans in house, freezing temperatures, and having to beat Aaron Rodgers in the NFC championship game.

Now we get to sleep in our own beds, have at least half the stadium supporting us, and play on a familiar field with zero weather concerns and have to beat Jimmy Garoppolo.

We all need to stop bitching about this already. This is the best case scenario for us once the playoff seeding was determined

I'm tired of giving the 9er fans the satisfaction of us complaining about it tbh. It is what it is. Beat them on the field and the shitter fans will be in line for liquid cheese and beer to drown their sorrows.

Well...it is well known that Los Angeles would not be a significant home field advantage. That was part of the deal moving here.

Guess what. Life isn't fair.
You lose a lot of fans in 20 years gone so it takes a few years to get them back.

And it IS happening slowly.

I want the whiners right where they are at.

Very little chance they beat us 6 times in a row.

We have too much talent rising to the occasion.

I agree we need to stop bitching (me included) about it. However, I disagree that this is the best case scenario.

I do recall attending a SF @ STL game around 2014. There were a shocking amount of Niner fans there. That team just travels well. They have a very rich history with the likes of Joe Montana and Steve Young winning five Super Bowls. Never going to phase them out.

But, this (lack of game attendance/fan support) has been happening since the 1970’s though….so……

Gonna re-post this link to the LA Times story which predicts a majority of Niner fans at SoFi on Sunday. Just a reminder: the author of the article thinks the Rams have done everything right re. marketing, it's just gonna take more time to build up the LA fan base, since LA was without a team for 20 years.

He sure was hard on St Louis. Never been there, is it really a dump ? I know parts of it has a bad reputation.

This.

Rams fans showed up for AZ game.

There’s good support for the Rams.

The 9ers just have a deeper base.

We can all see the problem here.

Rams fans are not allowing whiner fans to buy their seats. Rams fans are choosing, for one reason or another, not to attend the game.

Therefore allowing the whiner fans to fill those seats.

It is expensive to attend games in the NFL. Some games more than others. This is a championship game.

You think these tickets are expensive, wait till you see the Super Bowl price tag.
Three kinds of non-corporate ticket holders. A quarter of are owned by mercenary ticket flippers. Those flippers bought up unclaimed tix on spec last week before the Rams won. About a third of ticket holders are fans who may sell if the price gets high enough. The rest won't sell.

Niners fans are bidding up the prices and the middle third are giving in to temptation.

Went to Tampa in a hostile road environment and beat the GOAT. We can beat these clowns regardless of ratio of Ram/Whiner fans

Tomlinson on NFL access just said that actually could motivate the Rams even more if a lot of red shirts show up. He said he remembered in SD that happened and they fed off it to send those people home unhappy. With this team I could actually see that. There are so many ways for to motivate yourself for each team however the Rams motivation could coming from anger and that the type of motivation that can fuel you.
It can also be missed but we don't have a team full of donkey Suh!

I want Deeblo smashed as well as Kittle and Jimmy g STFU your a lame duck qb. Enjoy the ride while it lasts hopefully not to much longer. I wonder what fan base you will be asking to come out and be loud and proud next year since your more than likely out of San Francisco you pretty boy bitch!!!

I agree but it is what it is. It's discussion.
Good thing the games aren't decided by fans in the stands.

I believe the Rams are 8-2 on the road this season. Fuck it, just prepare for a hostile environment and get it done. IDGAF about this stuff. I've tried to explain the "why's" of how this transplant state phenomenon happens...a few times.

Are you kidding! I just turned 60.
I am just getting started!:laugh1:

I think all of us are just nervous and excited about this game.

I know I am!

I wish I was rich enough to buy all the tickets out there and bring you all to the game.

As much as we can disagree on some shallow things, we have two things in common this week.

We love the Rams, and fucking hate the whiners.

I truly hope we just slam them up where they forget two weeks ago.

GO RAMS!!!
