McVay and these Rams players don't deserve earning a home game for the Championship, and have it not feel like a home game. They are paying the price for shortsighted owners that knew what they were doing when they removed their block of the Rams move to STL for $$$.

It is unfortunately, but it is what it is. There are creative ways to use that fancy sound system, creative ways to have DEFENSE chants and other well-timed motivations by the announcer. And most important, even though he doesn't deserve the be forced to do it, McVay should get serious blame if doesn't have them totally comfortable with the silent count.

If they start like they did in week 18, those red shirts will be silent and in agony. Then we just to have to keep pedal to metal and enjoy ridiculing them in the stands.

I've mentioned before I think the Rams have to build the fan base with the younger fans, peoples sons and daughters. And I think with guys like AD, Von, Stafford, Ramsey and the home grown talent like AD, Kupp and Akers they're doing exactly that. Nothing more exciting to the younger gang in LA than a huge name that's also on all the social media like OBJ. It's evident in the videos of games in bars/restaurants when you see the dads in Dickerson and Youngblood jerseys which I saw were the majority in videos of last weekend and the kids were in 99 and 3 jerseys. It'll happen and unfortunately because the NFL caved to the stripper this is necessary. If not we'd be by far the dominant team in LA with a huge fan base. Until then we have to live with it.
Yeah it's gonna take time. Keep winning. Go win that Super Bowl. Fans will come. Most are front running assholes just the way it is. This is the price of moving out for 20 years.

So far so good on the Rams' plan to take back LA though. They're doing it right now.

Happened a lot at the Coliseum. Remember that Cowboys playoff game? They were silent all game. Just have to shut them up from the beginning.

The other little thing that hurt us is we put the NFC championship game tickets for sale late in the playoff process and should have started selling earlier. We needed Rams fans buying these tickets way ahead of time before opponent was even known. By the time they sold them there was only one possible matchup we could host and it was this one.

Niners had a day Headstart to buy their tickets after they beat Green Bay knowing that if we lost if they would just get a refund.

49ers are always going to be hard. Before we moved back to LA, they were the premiere team in California. I'm sure plenty 49er fans live in the LA area.

Who's idea was it to move the rams to STL?

Since we won't have home field advantage if we can win anyway we have a great chance of winning the superbowl. Winning in that environment will only make us stronger. It will be several years and at least a superbowl win to get l.a. fans to show up in the future. The 9ers fans want their team to win and a 300 mi Drive won't keep them away. Get the silent count ready and expect a tough crowd Sunday. Go rams

At least they get to sleep in their own bed.

Yeah the same take was made a couple of years back when the Rams KC game at the last moment was shifted from Mexico to the Coliseum

KC fans may have shown up in MX but they didn’t on short notice to LA

Point is, no freaking way Niners a-hole fans take over this game

There are a shit-ton of irritating 9ers fans in CA who will only go to one or two games a year.. so they're more than happy to pay up for this game.

No, they do not have a home field advantage, they're merely playing on their home field. There's a big difference.

When you have to go silent count at home, you do not have home field advantage. Period.

I don't think it will be as bad as week 18 tbh. I think it'll be close to 50/50 which is fine.

Vivid tickets predicted 60% before week 18.. they're predicting 65% 9ers fans this week.

I hope they're wrong, but there's a lot of indication that they're not.

The Los Angeles Rams are playing at home so they do have the home field advantage.
I’m not so sure having to go to a silent count in your own stadium is much of an advantage really. At least Rams players do get to sleep in their own beds.

Also: after watching GMFB, Kay Adams and Kyle Brandt can suck it. I so hope the Rams torch the niners.

Friend in LA just texted that it's a reported 70% whiner fans now. I hope that's not true. If it is, fuck 'em all and send them home pissed is what Rams need to do.

Yeah, that's why I signed up to pre-buy the playoff tickets. I get my ticket before they go on sale to anybody else.

As I've been known to say "It's 15 flavors of F'd up"... It will just make it sweeter when we beat them 34-13.

Your pic reminds me a lot of my neighbor friend Anthony back when we were growing up. You could be twins! Both of us loved the Rams. We'd catch the bus to the swap meet and get football cards and Ram stuff there. I got both the gold and white horn wearable helmets there for dirt cheap! Wish I still had 'em. This was years before collectors (and later the internet) took over and there was booty to be had!

But yeah silent count like Rams did in that Saints champ game like I was saying, I expect that. And I can't stand Kay. When that NFL network commercial comes on where she holds up her little piece signs I want to throw something at her.

Well...it is well known that Los Angeles would not be a significant home field advantage. That was part of the deal moving here.

Guess what. Life isn't fair.
