Not anymore. This "funk" is now the norm. The good games, where he looks serviceable are now the anomalies.

I'd seriously take any other NFL QB (maybe even the poor guy the Broncos put out there). OK, that's a stretch. But ANY OTHER LEGIT QB can learn this offense and make it better than it is with Goff in there.

The timeouts made sense. He wanted to get the ball back. All the defense needed to do was stop SF. Sometimes, the offense doesn't make plays when you put your All Pro CB on their #1 WR. Mullens avoided Ramsey like the plague. If Ramsey is in coverage there, Deebo possibly doesn't get inside position, and Mullens possibly doesn't even look his way. It was a bad call.

ROFL another person with those timeouts.. The 49ners wanted the time to run off the clock and had all their timeouts.

That had Jackshit to do with anything. If we stopped them on 4th we would have gotten the ball back with some time to win.

Sorry, this was nothing like the Steelers game. That game was lost by a few horrible calls by the refs, no doubt in my mind. Although Goff didn't play great, he was about average for Goff.

Really hard to defend Goff’s play and McVay’s piss poor offense strategy any more.

When a defense has our number, McVay and Goff both shit the bed. But at the end of the day, it is Goff who continues to turn the football over. I know he has a higher ceiling than this, but the guy needs to stop being so fucking stupid with the football. McVay needs to challenge him to have less than 4 TOs over the final 5 games.

They finally get the upper hand then the defense can't stop them. And the offense gives them back the ball in a blink of an eye. Then the defense lets them march down the field again and win the game.
