I'm not even watching. We're not going to pick for a long time. No use in worrying about who goes off the board.
You're right. I guess I just enjoy torturing myself. I'm only casually watching while doing some work in the office.

Still going to pay attention on the NFL.com site; we could very well trade 2027 capital for a pick in this draft. Unlikely to happen, but it could happen.

Plus, I like to see the players I like go to whichever teams aside from ours. :P

The Goofy Local fans and Goofy International fans announcing the picks don't bother me but they also do not provide any entertainment for me personally.

Ugggggh.. Even Wetjen went?!?
Hopefully, a guy like Caullin Lacy or Barion Brown is available late. I'd like to see us add a WR who is a threat in the return game. Lacy didn't time that well in the 40, so I think he may drop. Could see him becoming a Greg Dortch like player on O and a good return man.

We’re on the clock in 7hrs 30min.
Happy Chris Pratt GIF

There goes Wetjen. And Green Bay with an excellent pick before that with Dani Dennis-Sutton.
My thoughts exactly. I was surprised Dennis-Sutton was still on the board. Prior to Day 1, I previously hoped that the Rams would select both or at least one of them. At least Barion Brown is still on the board and is projected to be available by the time we pick, so we'll see if he'll actually be available to address our special teams needs.

Both Kyle Louis and Bryce Lance are still available but I doubt either will still be available when the Rams take the stage next. I also had offensive lineman Fernando Carmona on my wish list, but with the drafting of Trost, I doubt he'll be considered now.

Carmona's still a possibility if the Rams wish to bulk up their offensive line at guard/can't re-up Avila and/or Dotson. He projects as a guard as well, and Trost, I feel, could be a center with work.

Coogan's still on the board if they want a center as well.

OH, fuck, I didn't realize Connor Lew was still on the board! Great pick by the Bengals; he was rated as a top center in this class before his ACL.

EDIT: Also, he went one pick after the Whiners, who need a center.

Painful to watch this. Starting to get the feeling we are just going to sit unto our picks come up. The rumors must be true that we have a trade deal in the works for somebody. :not:

Praying it's not Pickens. He's everything that our receivers aren't; he refuses to block for his teammates, he's a mercurial, tantrum-throwing diva, and while he's extremely talented, he wore his welcome out in Pittsburgh and now Dallas doesn't want him.

Not to rain on the parade but maybe the rams are serious about wanting to get to more 13 personnel. They might not be interested in a legit 3rd receiver.

Adams has been floated as a trade candidate in rumors, and we will need to replace him eventually; his contract runs out this year, and we have too many players to re-sign aside from him.

And no offense meant to Mumpfield or Whittington or any of the three UDFAs last year...but none of them are Davante Adams.
