So they may have gotten a nice upgrade…
You probably got it right. But you’d think he’d know by now, what it takes to be stretched out sufficiently.I just don't know how a kicker can get a torn hamstring that is so bad that he is out for the season.
Did he not stretch it properly before starting his kicks?
probably been training his Quads extremely hard but neglected his hamstrings. Having a serious imbalance like that can lead to an injury in the weaker muscle.I just don't know how a kicker can get a torn hamstring that is so bad that he is out for the season.

Hopefully by 21.Guess who’s gonna beat the lions by 1 point opening week!

I have fought it too for the last several years and it does suck. Trying to even sleep with it is miserable. Just got some inserts prescribed this past month for my crazy high arches I have so hoping that takes care of most of my problems. But it is something that could plague Herbert all season.I've had more injuries than I could count, but nothing brought me to my knees like Plantar Fasciitis did. I would have cut off my foot and replaced with a prosthetic if I could have. I sure hope he takes care of it because it does not just go away
I remember getting out of bed each day and putting my foot on the floor and nearly falling down from the pain. I had it for a few years. Drs said I had a mild case. I’d hate to find out what a severe case of Plantars fasciitis would be like.I've had more injuries than I could count, but nothing brought me to my knees like Plantar Fasciitis did. I had it for a while. It wasn't as bad as yours. But I'd walk with a bit of a limp after playing softball. After a few days it wouldn't be too bad but I played every week so it would just come back every time. I thought it was over but when I retired I would walk 18 holes on the course. It started to bug me again. So now I use a cart.I've had more injuries than I could count, but nothing brought me to my knees like Plantar Fasciitis did.
