Which of those two is most desperate for a QB?The eagles gave up 2 firsts to move back? Am I missing something or reading it wrong? I'm sure it's at least one of those.
Bortles had arm talent. I thought the Jags had something with him, but the litany of coaches they went thru down there, didnt give him much chance. Not sure what opportunity he had to stick around, but if he had? Who knows how things may have gone with "the former QB". Alas, we've got another cheap year of Wolford and maybe they'll draft a qb one of these yearsBortles acted like he wanted to learn from McVay but I don't buy it tbh. What he wanted was a value boost from a cup of coffee with McVay.
He should have stuck around. Doubt the Rams consider him now.
Football teams love to copy the success of the Super Bowl Champion.Wonder if they are copying us and making moves to make cap space for another addition.
They both pretty much are, but neither will find one in this draft, surely not from pick 15-20Which of those two is most desperate for a QB?
For me, it mostly means that the Rams are ahead-of-the-curve.Does that mean the Bills are about to sign OBJ?
I think it's still yet to be seen. It's reasonable to say the owners are green lighting so this spending knowing what's going to happen, but not every team is spending like crazy so it could still turn out the other way. All that to say, you may still not be wrong and I personally won't believe that's going to be drastically different until I see it.This is one of those times when its such a relief to have been so wrong.... I thought for sure they (owners) were going to massage the numbers (Not talking about you Kraft or Watson) to keep the cap growth at its previous 10+ mill per year increase
Those Bills don't have a salary cap?????
So what you're saying is that I may end up being wrong in thinking I had made a mistake? LolI think it's still yet to be seen. You thought you were wrong once, but it turns out you were mistaken. So what you're saying is that I may end up being wrong in thinking I had made a mistake? Lol
I don't think that would've been possible for them to get away with. This is one of those times when its such a relief to have been so wrong.... The dream is still alive! So what you're saying is that I may end up being wrong in thinking I had made a mistake? Lol
