Eagles had 3 first rounders, now have 2 but a 1st in '23 and a 2nd in '24
Its actually a smart move on their part

Isn’t this draft supposed to be fantastic?

How good will next year’s be?

I guess it will allow them to spread their money around. If they made all three first round picks and nailed them, then in 5 years they’d have 3 big contracts to pay if they resign all three. That’s pretty optimistic.

Plus, on draft day there could be more competition for the pick they traded.

I think Eagles want 2 first round picks next year in case they need to upgrade from Hurts.

This gives them one more year to see what he's got.

That would be crazy if they could add Gilmore. Any non Rams fans heads would explode. So many are already accusing them of cheating the cap.

Gilmore played 60% of the Panthers snaps last year. So he may not be the same healthy young man. But his accumalted knowledge combined with Ramsey and teaching Rochell would be a big plus.
