I can’t believe someone (RamblinFan above) could watch Alaric Jackson on the field, and believe he was anything close to his listed playing weight of 285 lbs.

330 would be great for an OT.

Not sure the age of this study but it lists 314 as average for offensive linemen. Tackles are lighter than guards on average.

So 330 would be sweet if he has the mobility he wants.

That's true, but he looks like he's 305 in good weight and another 25 in useless weight. Not all weight is the same.
