I like the positions selected so far. Need at Guard. Depth needed there at CB RB.
Yeah this RB addition feels a ton better than getting a guy with multiple knee injuries. But of course hopefully Akers is healthy and has a career year. If so I really like our chances of defending this title. :thumbsup1:

They have to be yeah. WR is still loaded even if they don't bring OBJ back. With him... Wow. I love the competition we'll see for those bottom spots in preseason it should be fun.

They better bring him back ...

Yea people saying Williams lacks explosiveness and I really dont think thats the case. Maybe he doesn't have elite explosiveness but its more than enough. Some of his runs in the hole where he jump cuts, accelerates up field, makes a guy miss, spins and makes another miss. He has multiple break away home run TD runs. He's a nice combo of elusiveness, strength and vision. A lot of ND fans saying we got a steal in the 5th. Also trading up to get him says something.

I'm reading people calling him a top 3 back in the draft. I love the pick he's a perfect McVay back!

Kyran Williams reminds me of Darren Sproles. Sproles was smaller and faster, but the running style is similar. Their ability to run, block and catch is also similar. Williams signals they won't be bringing Michel back which is a shame. Just too expensive I guess.

So far I like this draft.

There are still a couple sleeper TEs if we want one in the 6th. This draft is loaded with TEs.
I'll throw out a name at the cost of us not getting him. Chase Allen from Iowa St. Good blocker above average good blocker even. Not one of those explosive after the catch TE types but can catch and can get open just not going to set the passing game on fire. But he's a good 6th round pick target at TE.

Yea he's way more impressive than I thought. Plus he's an above average pass catcher and run blocker?? He's going to get on the field.

Agreed on him maybe being a steal. He's got a little bit different mix in his abilities too which I like. Usually McVay prioritizes speed/burst and pass catching. Akers is kind of special on top of that in how elusive he can be in a small space while also having some power to him but Hendy was a guy with big holes in college who never has been able to sustain running into traffic.

This guy is kind of a bowling ball with good vision and a short/choppy run style. I really like this addition. Rams doing a good job today.

Holy shit we still have all three 6th rounders!? Why did I think we traded one to move up in the 5th. We traded a 7th so we're still gonna own the 6th round hahahahahaha

Did you tap your nose when you typed that?
Just a hunch :D He's as good as the 2 taken already without they hype so will be a 6th or 7th round pick if not a UDFA. BTW good luck in the Derby tomorrow.

I’m relying on you to get this right! Thanks, I think it’ll be a pretty straightforward away win as I’m sure Moyes will be resting players again for Thursday.
