Yes I do but only if they are cheap and aren't going after an o-lineman until the draft. Trust me, I know it's wishful thinking at best. If we can get another solid edge opposite of him, that helps out our secondary and run defense that much more. Also, yes Jefferson will be pushed down the depth chart. It does give us the option to rotate WRs if needed or even run 4 WR sets that would be deadly. It also seems like the Rams are just going to have to go young somewhere no matter what. They've been scouting DBs and O-lineman for a reason. Their FA moves towards not signing one so far is hinting at them using the draft as a means to fill those spots.

I am OK with adding a receiver ... currently very little depth ... just not an expensive veteran like Hilton.

If there is a cheap veteran Edge option, OK ... no risk. However, with Floyd back there are three Edge players available for one starting spot and depth ... Okoronkwo, Lewis and Hollins. I am excited to see if the first two can stay healthy and produce.

Now, at D-Line there is Donald and Robinson at the 3 and 5, with Joseph-Day and Gaines inside ... AND that is it.
Banks, Copeland, Hoecht and Jonah Williams have played about as much in the NFL as you and I have. Maybe the Rams know that have something with one or two of them ... sure hope so.

At Cornerback there's Ramsey and Williams ... terrific. However, teams use four corners most games; and behind those two is David Long and nothing. See Burgess having a big role with Rapp and Fuller at safety and in Nickel/Dime roles but none are outside corners except for Ramsey, Williams and Long.

Like Higbee but still have not read whether the Rams tendered restricted free agent Mundt. If he's gone, the TE-depth is Hopkins and Blanton ... neither of whom has played.

An upgrade at center would be nice but I am not sure there is much out there that the Rams can afford. Still think they may re-sign Blythe.

Overall, I like the Rams starters (can always up-grade at numerous positions) but the depth is painfully thin and unproven at several positions.

Yeah I hear you. Its this dead money that has our team that way. Thanks to that, we're going to be thin somewhere no matter what. We are going to find out if those draft picks from years past were good investments. I honestly don't know how the heck we can sign anyone either unless they are cheap. I pray we don't re-sign Blythe. To me, he's had his chance, but we need some new blood there. We'll see how it shakes out.

I'm not saying the allegations aren't true BUT, it's the same attorney handling these lawsuits and that attorney is politically active.:

All combined with Buzbee's demand for 6 figures from Watson to settle before going public, makes this seem fishy IMO.

He'd be the guy filling in for Kupp when the playoffs start.

Well, moving on from Brockers & Fox will now likely force them to draft a DL with a day 2 pick, something they have not done in a long time.

I like that. They need a higher end talent who can rush the passer inside and hopefully now they grab one, even if its late round 3... Should be able to get a talented kid with upside.

So now guessing CB, DL, C, & WR could be the first 4 picks in some order. Maybe if the right ILB falls to them, they grab that. This is barring any FA additions at these spots.

I want clowny and I'm not ashamed of that. If anybody can benefit from the Donald effect it would be him. I mean although he never gets great sack numbers he always has decent pressure numbers and he's always Stout against the run.

Reading through here I have to crack up about not seeing any updates, where are we in the cap, why aren’t we doing SOMETHING!!!!!

I still remember the days before ESPN and all the coverage 24x7.

We used to have to wait for camp to start or maybe get a piece written in a paper a week later.

I still trust the FO and they will be a contender when it’s all said and done.
