That's the 'stoppage' time. 30:00 would be the last second of round 10. If either fighter is 'stopped' before that time Under bets win. If the fight goes beyond that time Over bets win. The last second of round 3 would be 09:00.

If you want to back an early finish Under 15:01 would be a stoppage by either fighter in the 1st 5 rounds. Alternatively you could pick a specific fighter and a specific round, or pick a fighter with Rounds 1-4 as a group bet. Mayweather is +468 to win in that group of rounds.
