The Arizona Cardinals are taking extra steps to help make sure the Los Angeles Rams feel at home when they take over State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., to play their wild-card game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Earlier this week, the NFL announced that the game, which was scheduled to take place at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Monday night, would be moved to Arizona due to the wildfires currently causing destruction across the area.

Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Cardinals have been doing what they can to help the Rams through what is undoubtedly a difficult and stressful transition. The team went as far as donating the use of two of their planes to help the Rams team, their staff, their families, and even their pets to relocate to Arizona as they wait for the fires to stem.
The Cardinals are also giving the Rams use of their training facility ahead of the big game.

Fans loved the classy gesture from the Cardinals towards their divisional rivals.

The Rams will be playing to represent their city on Monday night, but they clearly have more than just the Los Angeles community pulling for them through this difficult time.

The Monty Hall Problem

Our older members may remember this one but for some of you whipper snappers - indulge me a moment.

There are 3 doors, A, B, and C behind which are two goats and a car.

You get to pick a door (call it door A). You’re hoping for the car of course.

Monty Hall, the game show host, examines the other doors (B & C) and opens one (let’s call it B) to reveal a goat.

Here’s the game:

You are given a choice to keep what is behind door A or take what is behind door C.
Do you stick with door A (original guess) or switch to the unopened door C? Does it matter, mathematically - and if so - why?

Cotton Bowl

Figured I'd throw this up for the game tonight. Gonna watch the first quarter or so and if Ohio St doesn't run away with it I might stay tuned. Don't think much of Texas, their QB, or their coach. Of course Ohio State's coach is not all that either but I think they're the team to beat.

Want to get a good look at Henderson, who I expect will run all over Texas.

Is this Cooper Kupp's last season with the Rams?

Let me start this out stating I love me some Cooper Kupp. Guy is a class act and has been a dominate force on the field and solid for us many years. Unfortunately, as happens with all players father time is undefeated and when he comes for you it's that time.

It seems like the injury bug has caught up with Cooper and he's changed as a player and route runner unfortunately. He still has his valuable knowledge however and can be an important part of this post season.

However, as our FO has proven they are pretty efficient at observing and changing things up pretty fast.

Cooper is due 29.7 mill against the cap in 2025 and 2026 27.3.

If we cut him pre 2025 we gain 7.5 mill on the cap with 22.25 mill dead money.
Trade pre 6/1 we gain 12.5 mill and get 17.2 dead cap.
The trade is what I'm more in favor of as it helps with the cap a lot more.

The question is what would he be worth? Especially to someone like a young QB in New England that has the cap or in Carolina?
Hell I'd take a 6th rounder to move him as Snead shows he can do something with 6ths.

What say you?

Improving Ram offense - 2025 RBs

I know a lot of fans love Kyren.
I respect the passion, effort and toughness with which he plays, but having an elite RB would really help.
Remember the offense with a healthy Gurley?
Imagine the offense with a Gibbs?
PFF rated the Ram OL the 5th best run blocking unit for 2024, but our backs were rated 22nd.

Here's how PFF rated Ram RBs for 2024:

What does everyone think?

RBs are good enough go with what we've got?
Try to add some more "explosive" RBs?
Add a 3rd down back with better pass receiving skills?
Give more carries to Corum/Rivers and see what we have?
