Yeah I agree. I was surprised to the degree how bad he got. Ohhh well at least it was a meaningless game. Thinking a lot of the guys that sat help elevate teammates play.

Man I think good things will happen if we jump out fast on them which we tend to do. With our guys rested I think that will bode well.
I am a bit paranoid of their two RB’s. If we start fast it will help make them less of a factor as the gane goes on. Especially if we run Gurley and control the clock.

Honestly I’m more worried about the following week matchup.

One game at a time though.

Yea, I'd have preferred the Panthers. They have a better rushing attack, but we'd have to spend less resources on defense defending their passing attack. We can't sell out against the run with the Falcons, so I have concerns about our ability to stop it. We're going to need the offense to get a lead and Aaron Donald to feast.

Duuuude i think AD is literally going to beast these games, especially this one! He seems to come up big in the biggest moments and games. I can’t imagine this will be any different!

Can you believe it? WERE IN THE FUCKING PLAYOFFS!!! Happy 2018 bro! I have a feeling this is going to be a fantastic year!

He beats Ahkello Witherspoon on a post route (no easy feat for a TE), and the ball is thrown behind him. He adjusts, but Witherspoon is able to rip it out because of the poor ball placement. He's wide open on what looked like an over route. Mannion throws it high and hot. He can't pull it in. You can't get any more open than he did on the play, and Mannion still couldn't throw a decent ball.

Yep, I feel quite confident saying what I said. If Mannion had thrown two good passes on those plays, Everett likely ends the day with 60+ yards and a TD. Ball placement goes a long way in this league.

And on that play he had a linebacker directly in his face him getting hit as he throws that ball in my opinion it’s still a good throw because he had a chance to catch it while Mannion was being hit.

It’s funny you mention double standards because that’s what you is all about you say watch out last 15 games but don’t mention anything about Goff first couple starts which by the way this was Mannion first start of his career and so was Everett.

That other throw you’re talking about the dB never put a hand on the ball that ball was dropped before the dB ever came into the picture please go back and watch it.

All I’m saying if Goff made those throws and they was dropped you would be blaming the receivers cause well that’s what you do and it’s a lot of receipts proving that

Tavons trade value can't be good, if Mcvay can't make you a better player I don't know if anyone can.

I hope he gives us a big play in the playoffs , for good ol times

Tavon needs to gain about 35 pounds.
He might shave a couple tenths of a second off his .40 time...
But he'd be a damn good RB if he did, IMO.

I think that’s what he is now...a WB/RB

Wrong.

Look at all the green grass. All Mannion had to do was put the ball out in front. Everett had Witherspoon beaten badly.

I'm not going to bother with the rest of your post. Your MO is to allege a double standard without proof in order to avoid addressing the point.

I watched it on GamePass. It was not easily catchable.
I saw it in the stadium right in front of me.

So, we disagree.

He had both hands on it.

Everett had a bad day. It happens.

I thought Everett and Tavon pretty much sucked. Other than a few plays where Everett has gotten by defenders he hasn't really impressed this season. Especially for a 2nd round pick. 244 total yds? Guess I expected more.

The drops today were soul sucking. It was like with each one you could feel the competitive spirit of the team being sucked out through their @$$es. Just terrible man.

I maintain high expectations for Everett. He's a rookie and all, at a tough position to break into the league. But Tavon...

Words simply cannot capture how disgusted I am that that dude is still factoring in to the gameplan. I don't know if McVay feels like he has to help Les out by trying to create value with Tavon, or whether he doesn't want to hurt Tavon's feelings, or even whether Tavon has compromising photos of him with strippers/hookers. Whatever it is, just stop.

Please for the love of God, I cannot stomach any more of that dude half-@$$ing his way to the sideline with that idiotic stutter-step BS as he waits for defenders to fill whatever seam might be there. If McVay tries to force the ball to that dude in the wildcard round vs Atlanta I'm gonna break some $#!T in the living room. Please don't make it come to that Sean.
i'd be surprised if Tavon and Mannion around next season

That question is yet to be answered .

Garland Everett has been a serious disappointment when a fan thinks back to when he was talking about how good he was going to be.

This Niner game he had a chance to make some big plays. In fact the Rookie TE from Iowa out preformed him.

Are you doing this on purpose?
I think he was thinking of Judy Garland.

He also needs to stop diving to the deck one yard before the first down all the time. Dude has completely lost his nerve. Probably could have broken a few big runs.

Then he flashes that jack wad smile of his. “Ha. Hey fellas. Did you see that? Woo. That was fun. Gain of six.”

Lol and his hand still didn’t rip the ball out like your post said and that’s two full hands on that ball Goff has made throws like that all year the difference is those passes have been going to Watkins, woods, Everett, and Gurley.
And even on this play you fail to acknowledge the pressure that was on him when he made that throw. You act like he had or had all the time in the world to throw back there. You nitpicking on throws because that’s all you got. You was probably holding your breath hoping Mannion didn’t have a decent game just so you can do what you’re doing now blaming everything on him without any context something you have NEVER done with Goff but like I said it’s ok cause that’s your MO

Every thing I post I can back up this forum keeps all receipts you know this I know this

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. You made an incorrect statement. I posted a picture showing that, and you're still not going to admit it. Everett had the ball in his hands until the DB closed the gap and knocked it loose. The DB was only able to close the gap because Mannion threw it behind him.
