Wolford for me, he has a mental fortitude that I like to see in a quarterback.

Allen. I'm not impressed with either, I think Allen is more likely to help in 2019. Draft somebody who has some high end next year.

I have been wrong before, though.

I think they are both way better than Mannion, and closer to Bortles that anyone would like to admit, including me. I voted.

I'm probably in the minority... but I believe Wolford is better than Bortles... and if we ever had to unfortunately use our 2nd QB (Wolford) in the playoffs... I believe he'd still allow us to compete.

Furthermore... I believe Bortles is trade bait.

Inno, out.

Wolford. I was seriously cringing watching defenders get running starts at our receivers as Allen stared them down the 1st few games. I still can't get that out of my head.

I don’t know feeling Allen after watching that last drive especially with that scramble and 4th down!

Curious what Wolford has now.

Neither will make the 53. They will see who makes it through waivers and sign one to the PS.

I think we have seen Allen’s ceiling and it’s likely lower than Wolford’s. So Wolford for me.

In a travashamockery scenario i'd rather go into battle with Wolford over Allen.

I hear that. I have a feeling if we try and put either QB on the PS they are going to get poached! What say you?

I've totally committed my loyalty over to Wolford after tonights performance.

Will they keep Wolford on the 53 because he probably won't clear waivers? He's better than a lot of #2 QB's out there. The reason I say this, is because Bortles will be gone next year and Wolford is better than Allen.

It will be interesting if they trade Bortles outside the division. Indy would be an obvious team that would be interested, but there are other teams as well. Regardless it's an interesting problem. You don't trade a QB with starting potential inside your own division.

I couldn't understand the announcers talking like the Rams had to make a decision between Hodge and Webster. Webster will simply take Jojo's roster spot and they keep both. it only applies if they are keeping Thomas as well. My problem with Thomas is he looks good in camp and preseason but disappears against higher-level competition.

Me too. Bortles is gone after this season, imo. Wolford might be the future back up, for years. He'll never make it to the practice squad.

I voted Wolford because Allen isn’t progressing fast enough as mentioned before. I think McVay has really been pulling for Allen to get it together, so I expect he will be the one to stay. I think at least one of them will be in the XFL soon. BTW: I’m not sold on Bortles though, either really. I can’t put my finger on why I feel that way though. I hope Blake proves me wrong!!

Wolford. I thought so before but this game cemented it for me. I watched Allen take too long to process then throw the ball where the defender was either going to blow up the play, the receiver get blasted, or it was an INT waiting to happen. Wolford had some nice tosses and his timing and accuracy seem to be far better.

I wonder if the Rams are quietly shopping Bortles to other teams like Indy. To me, Wolford might just give them that option.
