Wonder what all he did. He probably didn’t have the best response to them getting on him for being MIA.

I’m sure he thought he was leaving the Rams for a contender. Oops!

I don't hate the kid, but he was high maintenance when Fisher drafted him, with all of the babies from different Moms and the contract Fisher made him sign as for their care....I doubt there were any such restrictions in NYC...

I would guess now that Eli Apple who was a top 10 draft selection last season will be the new #1 corner & veteran CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie who was also suspended a few weeks ago will be the starter @ the other corner post. CB Ross Cockrell looks like a likely Nickle.
I hope Apple is the new #1. Kid played poorly for the 1st 4 games, then was benched. Maybe our underwhelming Sammy Watkins can have a decent day against him.

I still would have preferred the Rams resigned him.

JJ being JJ. This is the type of stuff that made you wonder about giving him a long term big money deal. Before this he had been on his best behavior with the Giants. Could be he wants off the sinking ship? I would like to know why he missed practice. All he had to do was call and get an excused absents.

It's good that he is not playing against the Rams this week. Would have been interesting to see if he covered Watkins man to man and to see how Watkins handled it. Hope Watkins has a good game and gets on a streak.

Wonder if the 1-6 record of the Giants had something to do with JJ losing interest.

I’m normally somebody who rips people for suggesting a Tavon trade but wouldn’t it be funny and a good thing to swap him for JJ right now!? Lol Giants are hurting for WR’s.

JJ is good but don't really want him back. He's completely the opposite of what our coach is putting down. Jj is a me 1st everytime guy. No need for those around here.

Au Contraire my friend.
You may not agree with his lifestyle, but he was a model citizen, and a good, sometimes spectacular player.
Love me some Jackrabbit.
Hope he returns after seeing the error of his ways. (leaving LA, not his lifestyle)

It'll be a nice change for Watkins not having to face a top shelf shutdown CB like he has just about every week this season.

He was a model citizen while being tightly controlled, which I doubt he is under right now was all that I was saying. Something in his personal life caused problems that resulted in indefinite suspension by the NY Giants.

As for his time with the Rams, he was a boom/bust player..Pick 6 TD or getting burned for a TD just as often (if not more often) was the plan with Janoris.

I love Jenks as a player, but I don't know if Sean is willing to deal with the high maintenance types like The Fisher King used to. Sean appears to be concerned with surrounding himself with smart, dedicated football players who place the team first and offer little to no off-the-field distractions. And the Land of LaLa would offer a ton of distractions for Jenks!

Jenks did talk about joining an actual contender when he first joined the G-men. With the U.S.S. Giants listing in the gridiron waters and the U.S.S. Horns surging onward and upwards, he might be revisiting that strategy about now.

It's good that he is not playing against the Rams this week. Would have been interesting to see if he covered Watkins man to man and to see how Watkins handled it. Hope Watkins has a good game and gets on a streak.

The Jenks' misbehavior may be a blessing in disguise. I would rather Sammy have at least one solid game where he is fully in sync with Jared and the offensive scheme before he tests himself against a football savvy athlete like Jenks. Of course, if Sammy and Jared are actually now on the same page, we would have had quite a battle royal between Sammy & Jenks.

Watkins is about to show up ! He has been shadowed by some realy good corner backs the last couple weeks.
