Johnny Manziel’s Monday night middle finger didn’t go unnoticed — or unpunished — by the league office.

The NFL docked Manziel $12,000 for his gesture in the third quarter of Monday’s game at Washington, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Friday. The hand signal was caught by the ESPN cameras and went viral in a snap.

As PFT’s Mike Florio points out, Manziel can appeal to have the fine reduced to 25 percent of his weekly salary of $24,705. That would cut the fine roughly in half.

Manziel will enter the regular season as the Browns’ backup quarterback after Brian Hoyer was named the club’s starter earlier this week.

RG3 hasn't been too impressive either, we burned Washington bad on that deal IMO.

That was a fleecing along the lines of The Sting.......and the cornerstone of the coming rise of the Rams.

I dislike Snyder as much as Jones so I hope things continually look like a shit show for him.

I would acutally buy that shirt. Maybe because it would get reactions out of both sides.
