I think I'd say Bruce. In his prime, Holt might have been a better player(by a small margin) but he had an advantage that Bruce didn't have. Holt had Bruce and Ricky Proehl to tutor him. Ike didn't really have that guy. He had Flipper Anderson for a year and Jessie Hester for a couple years but not really the same thing.

Plus, I think Ike is a really good fit in this offense and would mesh well with the guys we have.

Bruuuuuuucccceee!

He did his deal even when he was on inferior teams with subpar QBs. Still has the second most yards for a single season.

I have an 88 blueberry that I wear on game day. Went to the 9er game this year and the dude sitting in front of me had on an 88 white! Small world

Ike hands down, toughest SOB pound for pound besides being a great route runner . He was a sleeker Steve Smiy/th took NO SHIT but did it with a class rarely seen on a football field

I'll go with Holt but only because I can't get the image of Bruce in a SF uniform out of my head.

Wow some damn good responses!
I think I'd have to go with Ike slightly myself. What a absolute awesome guy on and off the field to motivate teammates and fans alike. I love his ability to get it done without a great QB either and his HOF work ethic. He was a classy guy as well and played for long period, and was very durable.

That being said I still can't stand the image of seeing him in a ugly ass Whiner uniform! I did Google search for his picture and some 49er ones came up that almost made me want to vomit!!

If I ever have a chance to talk to him I'm going to ask him how he could sign with a hated rival? Did he sew a Rams uniform on the inside of his ugly red and gold one? Lol

I really Love them both, But with out question, it's "B-R-U-C-E!" PERIOD! The best WR I have EVER seen. He had seasons where he was equal to, and better than the immortal Jerry Rice! An opponent could know we were going to him, and couldn't stop him!! (y)(y):D

Not to be "that guy" but Calvin Johnson broke the record a couple years ago so Bruce is third now.

Bruce, easy answer IMO
Bruce performed like a hall of famer before the GSOT, Holt was a beneficiary of the GSOT

Exactly if he had the QB that Rice had we would be talking about Bruce being the best
