i dont know what you mean.

all I’m saying is Goff made a great throw and cooks looks bad on it.

I have always said cooks is weak on contested balls. He looks worse now. Anyone near him and I fear he’ll curl up in a ball.

I see you working.

You should spend a little more time getting the wine and cheese stains out of your Jim Druckenmiller jersey and less time trolling my Rams

I feel sorry for him due to his concussion history. Health is the most important concern. But I think he just needs a little playing time after his latest concussion and resulting time off, and he'll be fine.

He is too good to let this bother him moving forward. My prediction is he makes a few HUGE plays at critical times in our hunt for the playoffs. Overlook him, and he'll zoom right by you. And safeties are starting to cheat with our improved running and side-to-side trickery.

When I saw it live I thought maybe he saw that safety coming and really did have a 'oh shit my head moment'

But watching it from that angle it almost looks like the defender gets his hand in there at the exact moment.

I don't know. Cooks hasn't been playing up to his standards.

It appeared that Mcvay was even giving him some critique on his route on Jared's second interception.

Paid waaaay to much for a guy who is not a redzone threat, can't come down with contested passes, and unfortunately for a guy who is suceptable to concussions.

That’s been my view since the SB.

Cooks is little more than a deep threat decoy who must be schemed wide open or he’s practically worthless.

Plus it seems like they won't be running him much on jet sweeps due to concerns about his concussion succeptability.

The kick in the nuts imo was Wilson completing almost the same pass a few minutes later (Metcalf I think?)
Still I’m all in on Cooks, still getting back into it. But he’ll be back.
I laugh at the criticism, dude puts up 1100 yards on 65% catch rate every year up until this season

Yea, the criticism doesn't fit in my book. Other than that drop pass, I don't remember all the dropped passes some of you talk about. I know nobody is talking about the end zone pass in the SB. Because being pulled down by one arm makes it an impossible catch. I wish we could have paid less for him, but 1100 yards every season of his career doesn't come cheap. By the way, what is Sammy Watkins numbers the last 2 years? Not more than 650 yards, 50 catches and 3 TDs a year. It was the going rate. So stop crying over spilt milk.

If he drops more balls like that, then I say he hasn't fully recovered. You have to track the ball while running and that means even though your head is moving your eyes keep the ball steady. I know from playing the out field, and I could catch anything I could reach, that as I got older the ball started bouncing when I ran and I ain't as good. I can only imagine what getting your head scrambled might do to that ability. But before the last concussion, he was as reliable as any of our receivers. Only the guy from Houston has gone a whole season without dropping a catchable ball.

Not shitting on BC, but his value is limited at this stage. He is little more than a decoy. Hope he retires before doing himself anymore damage. He looks like the Great Gazoo out there. His helmet is bigger than he is....

I agree. Love Cooks. He’s had a rough year but I hope he bounces back. Dude needs time. He’s going to make some big catches down the stretch.
