It's funny they didn't mention our Defensive Front Four at all...lol....I read about a third of their posts, before having enough....I really think Case at QB with our Defense and Special Teams would be enough to eke out a victory vs the Phins.....With Goff and some protection on the OL, we should do very well.

Not very imaginative bunch are they and yeah agree with the others they're pretty cocky now after being so negative a couple weeks ago. Funny how teams with only one winning season in the last decade think they're great. Of course we wouldn't know what a winning season is like :(
But at least we know what a Super Bowl win in the past couple of decades feels like!

Just an FYI

I've approved at least 2 Fish fans this week wanting to join ROD.

Apparently they are too shy to actually post. :ROFLMAO:
I'm sure they will be the first ones to congratulate us after our victory. :homercrawl:

Joking aside. If you guys are out there. Come in and have some fun. This boards welcome to all.

Winning their last four games in a row will do that to a fanbase.

Dolphins 30/Steelers 15
Dolphins 28/Bills 25
Dolphins 27/Jets 23
Dolphins 31/Chargers 24

They gave up 31 points to the Patriots, 24 to the Browns, 30 to the Titans. For a team that gives up that many points to their opponents, it's odd how much they brag about their defense.
I think the Key to beating the Dolphins will be stopping there Run game! Stop Ajayi and the rest will come easy! JMHO!
The Miami "D" doesn't scare me at all, when you look closely at the yards they give-up!

Eh, I'll take my chances against a rookie who has apparently looked terrible in practice.

He is making a big assumption here.

The Dolphins are not a team to start a NFL career Mr. Goff, they may even ended it before it even starts.

I had no idea that the Phins had the best defense in football..........oh wait they don't....not even close.

He may have to change his name from Jared Goff to Jack Goff after this game.

Then his name will be the same as this guys.

Would be my preference too. But it doesn't move the needle much. Both these guys are terrible and we have no excuses if Goff or Keenum beats us.

How does he know that Goff is terrible? I hope the Dolphins are making the same assumption.

Don't forget Mr. Suh; who probably has something to say to all the reporters calling Aaron Donald the best DT in the game.

I don't think anyone really gives a fuck what Suh thinks. Donald is better and there aint no disputing it.

A trap game? Your team isn't good enough to have trap games

LOL exactly what I was thinking.

Got to say, I'm a little shocked to see Dolphins fans talking like this. No disrespect to the fanbase or franchise, but it seems like they've been in the same situation as us for a while now, and don't have much to brag about, especially over a Rams team that plays dominantly on defense, and has shown the ability to neutralize great rushing attacks in key matchups. Whatever. I guess they think our guy will do bad, and we think he won't. It's still kind of funny is all.

Florida is filled with rednecks. There are a lot of uneducated swamprats down there. It isn't all just Miami and Orlando.

All I know is I've seen 2 Rams / Dolphins match ups in person with a Dolphins fan friend (a home and away) and the Rams let me down both times. Winning this one will very marginally make up for traveling all those miles for nothing! Damn it, why does Sunday have to be the last day of the weekend?
Fun Knee, we all know that Sunday is the first day of the week, it has been that way since ancient Egypt and ancient Rome. The Sabbath, AKA Saturday, means 7 in Hebrew, clearly referring to Saturday as the 7th day of the week, but then The Beetles came along with eight days a week, oh wait that was just a song, but the French tried that and it didn't work so well, am I just rambling? Sorry:), but I get your meaning, it certainly does feel like the last day of the week, but maybe that is just because it is usually the last day of the weekend.
Regardless of what day of the week Sunday falls on, I really do hope Goff throws the threads off of that football and helps this team with a big fat W.

I normally enjoy reading these comments when they're coming from fans of crappy teams. They always seem much more grounded and less irritating. The browns and jets last week were good examples of that.

However these dolphins fans seem to buck that trend. Obviously there are the realistic comments but far too many arrogant ones for fans of a team which is as historically bad as they are.

I'll be watching this with a Dolphins supporting pal, please can we just win so I can get into his face. Plus I don't want to lose our curry bet either. It tastes so much better when it's free!

I've been a big fan of Jay Ajayi this year, I've loved watching him cut through defences - I'm looking forward to watching him being stopped this weekend

I'm surprised not one of them mentioned our D and think they will automatically get a lead and pummel Goff? I know we are in the NFC and west coast but come on are you a football fan? Pull head from Ass!

When they first announced Goff as the starter my first thought was SUH barreling up the middle hitting Goff and stomping on him! Haha Besides Wake I don't fear their D... depending on how our Tackles do I expect Goff to send some towards the middle of the field to open up our playbook and run game.

I am very concerned about Ajayi because historically some guy coming out who isn't a big name ( Dmarco Murray) has a huge game versus our vaunted D. If we keep him in check to 100 yards or less we should be ok.
