So I just realized that Cooper Kupp has made the play that led us to the game-winning points in each of the past three playoff games (long catch versus TB, 25-yard catch on 3rd down against SF for the GW FG, and the GW TD today).
Another compelling reason Kupp just had the best season of all time by a WR.

The more clips of that 4th down call on the Bengals the more I see a penalty. Not sure if it's the bourbon or what but yeah it's a flag.
It was holding -- we see calls like that every game in the NFL. But it was also ticky tacky at that point and made no sense given the way the refs called the rest of the game (ie, they swallowed their whistles).

I’ve been on cloud 9 all night.

I have a confession to make, Ramily.
Well, more of a story to tell.

The day was December 4, 2016.

We were stumbling to another losing season. It was clear Fisher was not the guy to lead us anymore. But somehow, there came a report that he had been given a secret extension before the season started.

I lost it. I got a little weird in the head. And I created my first and only Twitter account. And I furiously tweeted @rams and @Kevin Demoff. I said some things. Nothing too over the top, and I did not curse. But I did call-out the mediocrity, in a passionate way.

A few days later Fisher was gone. Shortly after McVay was hired.

And the rest was history.

I think they recognized that they owed us one (when it was legitimate, even if it was ticky tacky) for the no-call on the penalty that should have been called on Higgins.

I'm thrilled with this, obviously.

But am I the only one itching to list out the free agents and trying to come up with a plan to retain Boom, Allen, Corbett, Miller and OBJ? Assuming that Williams and SJD will be priced out

I don't know if that's true -- but Bengals fans have little room to complain about it, given how flagrant the facemask on Ramsey was.

I only break this out for special occasions, since there is a backstory that means a lot to me. For this Rams victory, out it came!

I wasn't able to watch the 99 super bowl with my dad, but he was at my house tonight and we had a hell of a time! Thank you, Dad. Raising me as a Rams fan made me mentally tougher than others and these moments are so sweet. Fuck the haters, hail to the Rams, and thank God for the Ramily!

I'll be honest. I gave up hope half way through this season. I got it back around week 16. This is great. Better than 99 for me because I didn't know shit about football then. After 99 my dad (fucking great dude, y'all would like him) bought me the Madden game. That's how I learned what the hell was happening on each play. This win means more to me. And I got to share it with my oldest son who I woke up so he could watch the victory formation. Good times all around.

I had to work during the 99 Super Bowl. Was able to catch bits and pieces.

Was very happy to sit in my favorite chair.. and enjoy all of this one.

So fucking fitting. Talking shit about Kupp isn't smart is it. He'll shred you and be all classy doing it like Jerry Rice.

You will be soundly mocked for not observing sufficient celebration time you fun sponge. :laugh4:
